OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide imparts dry film protection against fungal growth when formulated in exterior paints and coatings, wood stains, adhesives, caulks, sealants, paper coatings, textiles, and plastics. OMACIDE IPBC 30 Industrial Fungicide also provides excellent fungal control when used in inks and metalworking fluid systems.
OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide is registered with the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA No. 1258-1221), and is suitable for use in aqueous or solventborne systems.
OMACIDE™IPBC 30 Fungicide is miscible with most aromatic and alcohol-type solvents. The solution is easily dispersible into most formulations.- Suggested Use Levels

- Chemical Properties
OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide is effective in products having a wide pH range (2 to 10). Laboratory evaluations are, however, recommended since IPBC products can sometimes induce yellowing in certain formulations, especially those containing resins based on styrenated polymers. In addition, IPBC may dehydrohalogenate in certain formulations, leading to corrosion of metal containers.
