BASF Vitamin A-Palmitate Care (1.0 Tocopherol) is an active ingredient stabilized with Tocopherol and suitable as an antioxidant for cosmetic oils, emulsions, and other preparations. Upon contact with enzymes in the skin, it releases Vitamin A, which helps to improve signs of aging and the appearance of UV-damaged skin. This viscous, yellow oil may contain some crystals, has a mild odor, and its assay is adjusted by adding pharmaceutical-grade sunflower seed oil or corn oil.
