Cremophor® RH 40 is a nonionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent that can be used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions. It is composed of hydrogenated castor oil with approximately 40 moles of ethylene oxide. Cremophor® RH 40 appears as a white paste with a faint odor.

Dulcemin® PW BIO LS 9903 is derived from the proteins of sweet almond seed flour. It forms a protective film, hydrating and soothing skin, while repairing hair weakened by bleaching, coloring, or perming. It finds applications in skin care, hair care, face care, and cosmetics.

Vit-A-Like® PW LS 9898 is an alternative to retinol that has a comparable mechanism of action, equivalent performance, but with improved tolerance and stability. Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is considered as a benchmark for anti-aging products. Retinol, however, can be unstable and difficult to work with and can induce skin irritation, making it incompatible for sensitive skin formulations. In response to these issues, BASF developed Vit-A-Like™.

Lanette® E Granules is an anionic emulsifier for various O/W skin care emulsions, consisting of a mixture of fatty alcohol sulfates, particularly sodium cetyl stearyl sulfate. It is used in applications such as after sun care, baby care and cleansing, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, self-tanning, and sun protection.

Lipofructyl™ Cyperus LS 9892 is derived from the oil obtained by cold pressing the dried tubers of Cyperus esculentus or "tigernut". This universal oil is useful in a wide range of skin and hair care products. It improves the shine and ease of combing in hair, and its moisturizing properties give skin comfort and softness.

Dehymuls® CO 7 is a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifier that is suitable for a wide range of water-in-oil skin care emulsions. It is a viscous liquid composed of ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil, and can be used for various applications such as after sun, baby care and cleansing, body care, face care, personal care wipes, self tanning, and sun protection.

Dehyquart® A CA is a cationic surfactant commonly used as a conditioning agent in hair conditioning creams and emulsions. It appears as a clear liquid with characteristic inherent odor and is used as a hair conditioner and for hair coloring and shampooing.

Trichogen® Veg UL LS 9922 is a powerful selection of amino acids and vitamins used in traditional Chinese medicine to improve the hair's sensorial qualities, and decrease the appearance of dry, dull, or damaged hair. It offers intensive care to the scalp, conditioning and improving suppleness and ease of combing, and is perfect for hair strengthening and anti-age formulations.

Cegesoft® PFO is an emollient from the passionflower seeds. This product gives a pleasant and silky feeling comparable to that of evening primrose oil. Its slow spreading behavior gives it a long-term skin feeling. This product has a high content of linoleic acid, or omega-6, an essential fatty acid. It is a pale, yellow oil that is almost odorless.

Dermican® SPB LS 9837 is a synthetic tetrapeptide that helps counteract this by improving skin’s natural firmness and thickness for a comprehensive anti-aging effect. As people age, they tend to lose the skin’s ability to synthesize collagen decreases, resulting in thinner, frailer skin. Dermican® SPB LS 9837 helps with counteracting this process.

Gluadin® Kera-P LM is suitable for hair care products that require effective repair and restructuring benefits. Monomuls® 90-L12 is a lipid layer enhancer in surfactant-type washing and cleansing preparations. It is also a viscosity enhancer in aqueous surfactant solutions. In some formulations with a high proportion of Monomuls® 90-L12, cold-temperature crystallizations may occur. This product is a white to cream colored powder with a faint fatty odor.

This product is used to enhance the performance of skin care formulations with a typical application level in a skin cream of approximately 1% polymer as supplied. Tinovis® ADE primarily functions as a thickener, gelling agent, and promotes good spreading characteristics. It also serves as an opacifier and a spreading and stabilizing agent.

Luviquat® Hold AT 3 is a quaternized copolymer for hair and skin care. It is an aqueous solution of cationic polymers of different charge densities and different degrees of setting and conditioning. This product is a clear to slightly turbid, yellowish, viscous liquid with a slight characteristic odor.

NUTRILAN® I 50 BP is a hydrolyzed collagen protein that is suitable for use in skin and hair care preparations, particularly surfactant preparations. It is typically used to enhance the performance of skin and hair care formulations where a clear gel is required.

Hyalurosmooth® PW LS 8997 is a natural, botanically derived, high molecular weight polysaccharide from the seeds of the Indian plant Cassia angustifolia, commonly known as senna. The polysaccharides form a protective film on the skin that strongly binds water and fills in fine lines. By providing intense moisturization the skin appears additionally plumped up, which further contributes to reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles and smoothing the skin's surface. Luviquat® FC 550 is a water-based quaternary compound comprising 40% polyquaternium-16, known for its strong conditioning ability and compatibility with anionic components.
