Eumulgin® O 10 is an oleth-10 polymer that is ideal for use in the manufacturing of detergents. It is used as a non-ionic O/W-emulsifier for skin and hair care applications. It is supplied as a yellowish-white, paste-like mass with a distinctive odor.

Tinopal® CBS-X is a 4,4'-distyryl biphenyl derivative, a fluorescent whitening agent that absorbs UV radiation and re-emits visible blue light to compensate for the yellowish appearance of natural fibers. Dehymuls® PGPH is used as a water-in-oil emulsifier for the preparation of low-viscous water-in-oil emulsions. In combination with Lameform® TGI and/or Monomuls® 90-O 18, W/O creams can be formulated that contain greater fractions of high molecular oils, e.g., vegetable oils. It is a yellow, turbid, opaque, and viscous liquid with a slightly fatty characteristic odor. Plantaren® 1200 N UP is an alkyl polyglucoside (APG®) surfactant that is in a unique class of non-ionic surfactants obtained from renewable, plant-derived raw materials. It is made from natural, renewable, plant-derived feedstocks and is readily biodegradable. Applications for this product include body wash, face wash, liquid hand soap, shampoo, sensitive skin care, and wipes. This product has a pasty appearance, with an active substance content of 48-55%.

Emulgade® SE-PF is a self-emulsifying base with consistency-giving properties, suited for the preparation of cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water creams and lotions. It has high emollient flexibility and good electrolyte stability. It is a mixture of consistency-giving factors and nonionic emulsifiers, appearing as white to slightly yellowish pellets with a faint characteristic odor.

Pluronic® N3 is a 100% active product suitable for low temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides excellent defoaming and wetting, with a low foaming surfactant and a cloud point of 28°C. It has very good synergy with Plurafac SLF 180 when used as a rinse aid in a low temperature dishwashing machine and is listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List. Final surfactant choice is formulation dependent.

Cosmedia® SPL is a liquid emulsifying polymer with stabilizing, thickening as well as emulsifying properties for personal care emulsions. Pluracare® L 64 G is a block copolymer of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol that is used as an emulsifier in a wide variety of areas, from cosmetics to oral care products. It has a cloud point of 58-62°C, an average molecular weight of approx. 2,900, and a viscosity of approx. 850 mPas. This block copolymer is anhydrous and non-corrosive. Therefore, mild steel can be used for storage tanks, piping and conventional process equipment.

Pluronic® F 108 PRILL is a solid EO/PO block copolymer surfactant with a high EO (ethylene oxide) content of 80%. This versatile surfactant offers a range of features and benefits, including its solid form, high HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) value of 27, and a cloud point exceeding 100°C.
