SCHWEGO fluor 6523 possesses extremely high interfacial activity. In many solvents SCHWEGO fluor 6523 reduces the surface tension to values of around 20 mN/m and is therefore used for wetting of non-polar substrates.

The dosage of SCHWEGO fluor 6523 is 0.01 - 0.30 % on total formulation. Because of the very low dosage we recommend predilution. The addition should take place before pigment milling.

The recommened storage temperature of SCHWEGO fluor 6523 is 15 - 20 °C. Stir it up before use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO fluor 6523 remain stable for at least 12 months, provided the original container is closed after use.
