BLISTER FREE 55 has an excellent defoaming effect in all types of water-based alkyd systems, for instance in alkyd emulsions with and without co-solvents. There are also very good defoaming effects in modified alkyds and alkyd/acrylic hybrids.

Slip additive for water-based and solvent borne coating systems, VOC-free. SCHWEGO mar 8311 is mainly used in solvent borne air drying and stoving coating systems. SCHWEGO mar 8311 can be used in most binder systems except some with hydroxyl groups.

Levelling additive for water-based coating systems, VOC-free. SCHWEGO flow 8058 can be used in virtually all water thinnable coating systems. SCHWEGO flow 8058 contains water as the only volatile component, which makes it especially suitable for solvent free water thinnable systems.

Deaerating additive for solvent borne, water-based and solvent free coating systems, silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 6351 is suitable for almost all solvent-based and solvent free coating systems. Corrosion protection additive / passivasion for residual rust on steel. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is used primarily undiluted as a pretreatment product against residual rust on iron and steel surfaces. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is not a coating and therefore the treated surface must be protected by a suitable coating system. Painting should be carried out preferably within 48 hous after application of SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817. Types of paints and the number of coatings needed will be dertermined by the aggresiveness of the environment. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is perfect for the restoration of all kinds of steel parts, for instance in the industrial sector, but also for machineries, vehicles and chemical-technical plant components. BLISTER FREE 77 is especially suitable in polyester systems with and without paraffins and alkyd/polyester systems. BLISTER FREE 77 is suitable in epoxy, PUR- and acrylate systems but not siutable for water-based polyester coatings.

Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne coating systems. SCHWEGO wett 6249 is especially suitable for enamels and industrial-, wood-, furniture coatings and pigment preparatios. The application in pigment preparations is recommended.

The above mentioned properties of ANTIGEL 6217 are also suitable for coating systems based on alkyds, alkyd/acrylic and other systems.

SCHWEGO wett 8081 can be used in almost all conventional industrial coatings, especially in alkyd, one-component epoxy coatings and pigment pastes. SCHWEGO wett 8081 is generally not suitable for air-drying acrylate coatings.

In solvent borne systems BLISTER FREE 3 is particularly effective as deaerating and partially also as leveling additive. BLISTER FREE 3 is especially suitable for systems based on:Alkyd, Alkyd/polyester, Unsaturated polyester, PU, Acrylates. BLISTER FREE 3 is also very effective in water-based coating systems, particulary if they are based on:Alkyd/acrylics, Saturated polyesters, Epoxy systems.
