SCHWEGO wett 6295 shows excellent dispersing properties, preferred application during dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments in high solid content or systems of high PVC. SCHWEGO wett 6295 is intended for use in all water-based air drying, stoving and 2K-systems. It is compatible with the following binders:Alkyd resins, PE-systems, Epoxy esters, Acrylates, Styrene acrylates, PU-systems. SCHWEGO wett 6295 maintains the moisture level and can therefore also be used as humactant (advantageous when using e.g. PEG 400).

KORRODUR also has a good anticorrosive effect in solvent-based coating systems based on epoxy, chlorinated rubber or acrylic binders. Rheological additive for water-based coating systems, free of VOC, APEO and organotin. SCHWEGO pur 8025 is suitable for interior and exterior wall paints as well as for synthetic resin renderings and trowelling compounds or paste fillers based on polyacrylics, styrene copolymers, PU-dispersions or water thinnable alkyd systems. The high gloss retention is shown to particular advantage in glossy emulsion paints when compared with acrylic or cellulose based thickening additives.

Deaerating additive for solvent borne, water-based and solvent free coating systems, silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 6351 is suitable for almost all solvent-based and solvent free coating systems. It is particularly effective in hammer tone finishes and structural coatings, reactive thick film systems, heavily pigmented coating systems and formulations, suitable for airless spraying. SCHWEGO foam 6351 is also effective in aqueous industrial finishes (alkyd/melamine systems).

Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne and water-based coating systems, anionic, biodegradable, VOC-free. SCHWEGO wett 6267 is especially suitable for enamels and industrial-, wood-, furniture coatings and pigment preparations. The application in pigment preparations is recommended.

Levelling additive for water-based coating systems, VOC-free. SCHWEGO flow 8058 can be used in virtually all water thinnable coating systems. SCHWEGO flow 8058 contains water as the only volatile component, which makes it especially suitable for solvent free water thinnable systems.

SCHWEGO pur 8051 is free of organotin and is therefore especially recommended for the use in textile printing inks according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. SCHWEGO foam 8336 defoams very well in all kinds of clear coatings and slightly pigmented systems, printing inks and UV-curing systems, especially those based on acrylics. The defoaming effect is also very good in wood varnishes and adhesives.

Corrosion protection additive / passivasion for residual rust on steel. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is used primarily undiluted as a pretreatment product against residual rust on iron and steel surfaces. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is not a coating and therefore the treated surface must be protected by a suitable coating system. Painting should be carried out preferably within 48 hous after application of SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817. Types of paints and the number of coatings needed will be dertermined by the aggresiveness of the environment. SCHWEGO inhibitor 6817 is perfect for the restoration of all kinds of steel parts, for instance in the industrial sector, but also for machineries, vehicles and chemical-technical plant components. Rheologal additive for solvent borne coating systems. SCHWEGO thix 8315 is suitable for thickening of all common solvent containing binder systems with polar groups. It is particularly suitable for high build systems, stoving paints and DIY-paints. The main advantages are: Liquid; easy incorporation; Temperature stable; No influence on gloss; Prevents settling and sagging.
