SCHWEGO flow 6533 provides a large decrease in surface tension in aqueous systems and therefore improves substrate wetting and leveling in particular. Foam stabilization does not occur or only very minimally and recoatability is not affected. The additive does not increase surface slip. If higher surface slip is desired, we recommend combining it with a polysiloxane such as SCHWEGO mar 8311 / 8305.

- The dosage of SCHWEGO flow 6533 is 0.1 - 1.0 % calculated on total formulation. SCHWEGO flow 6533 is preferably added to the finished formulation. It can, however, be added an any stage during production.

- Stir SCHWEGO flow 6533 up before use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO flow 6533 are stable for at least 2 years, provided the original container is closed after use.
