In addition to their ability to undergo free radical polymerization, these versatile oligomers are the most significant contributor to the physical performance characteristics of the product including flexibility, chemical resistance, hardness, adhesion, and more. Bomar™ BR-641D is a Polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate, which was designed to meet rigorous electronic coating applications. This oligomer has exceptional adhesion to various metals, glass,and polycarbonate substrates. BR-641D has many desirable properties that are typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-641D withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties. In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BR-641D showed excellent adhesion to PMMA, ABS, PVC, Nylon-6, Polystyrene,and Polypropylene.

BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

BRC-4421  is  a  difunctional,  hydrophobic  urethane  acrylate  that  can  be  formulated  into  chemical  and  temperature  resistant  coatings  and  resins.  The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications

Bomar® BRS-14320S is a difunctional oligomer that combines a robust silicone backbone into a urethane acrylate oligomer. The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

BOMAR™ BR-970BT is a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970BT can be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-970BT offers rapid cure and low yellowing properties where premium performance is required. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins.  This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance.  Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.

BDT-4330 is a dendritic acrylate with an average functionality of 30.  The hyper-branched structure of BDT-4330 imparts the unique combination of low diluted viscosity with unmatched chemical and thermal resistance, which is ideal in applications where withstanding exposure to the harshest conditions is paramount.  Great for high-temperature applications because thermogravimetric analysis indicates the oligomer doesn’t decompose until 397° C

Bomar™BR-640Dis a polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate with a functionality of two. Designed to meet rigorous electronic applications, BR-640D has many desirable properties typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-640Dwithstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties.Excellent hydrophobic properties exhibited where 0.012 and 0.037% water was absorbed by cured coating when submerged in water for 24 hours.  In addition to the adhesion properties, BR-640D showed excellent adhesion to ABS, acrylic, nylon-6, PVC, and PS.

Bomar® BR-543 is a difunctional, aliphatic, polyether urethane acrylate. Films formulated with BR-543 exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. BR-543 may also be used to improve the flexibility, weathering, and adhesion characteristics of existing film and foil coatings.
