Bomar™ BR-641D is a Polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate, which was designed to meet rigorous electronic coating applications. This oligomer has exceptional adhesion to various metals, glass,and polycarbonate substrates. BR-641D has many desirable properties that are typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-641D withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties. In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BR-641D showed excellent adhesion to PMMA, ABS, PVC, Nylon-6, Polystyrene,and Polypropylene.

BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

BRC-4421 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications

Bomar® BRS-14320S is a difunctional oligomer that combines a robust silicone backbone into a urethane acrylate oligomer. The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

BOMAR™ BR-970BT is a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970BT can be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-970BT offers rapid cure and low yellowing properties where premium performance is required. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins. This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance. Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.

BR-541MB is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-541MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. This oligomer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in impact-resistant coatings on various substrates when used with BR-543MB. This material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI registered for compliance in cosmetic applications

Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970H has high modulus and doesn’t necessarily need to be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-970H offers rapid cure and non-yellowing properties where premium performance is required. This oligomer is perfect for 2D and 3D inkjet applications as well for use in Graphic Arts application. Bomar® BR-543 is a difunctional, aliphatic, polyether urethane acrylate. Films formulated with BR-543 exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. BR-543 may also be used to improve the flexibility, weathering, and adhesion characteristics of existing film and foil coatings.

Bomar™ BDT-1006 is a dendritic acrylate with an average functionality of 6. The hyper-branched structure of BDT-1006 imparts the unique combination of low diluted viscosity withunmatched chemical and thermal resistance, which is ideal in applications where withstanding exposure to the harshest conditions is paramount.Great for high-temperature applications because thermogravimetric analysis indicates the oligomer doesn’t decompose until 390 °C.

BR-371MS, a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer, is a great fit for coatings that require high tensile strength, extremely low color, superior hardness, scratch resistance, and weathering resistance. BR-371MS provdes very low color and a high viscosity, ideal for hard gel nail coatings, and offers reduced heat generation vs other high tensile strength materials.

Bomar™ BRC-841 is a low-molecular-weight, difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be effectively formulated for steel and various plastichard coatings. The resulting hard, tough film makes an effective non-yellowing protective single-coating. Bomar™ BR-941, a hexafunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate, isusedin applications that require a hard, chemicallyresistant, non-yellowing coating or adhesive with very fast cure response. BR-941’s high functionality and low molecular weight deliver its excellent properties to systems with a final viscosity much lower than is typical of urethane acrylates. BR-941 is compatible with a broad range of monomers and oligomers

Bomar™ BR-541S a difunctional, polyether urethane acrylate that is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility. It adheres readily to a variety of substrates including cold rolled steel, glass, PC, and stainless steel. It is an excellent choice for impact-resistant coatings. BR-541S is desirable for use in cosmetic applications where color stability and optically clear tough coatings are needed.

BR-952 is an aliphatic urethane dimethacrylate. The low viscosity allows for ease of use in coating applications for the nail care and 3D printing industries. BR-952 can be used to provide a high gloss, tough coating or 3D printed part. This material is also used in coatings for construction applications when improved toughness is desired for excellent durability. BR-952 provides an inherently high HDT of 143°C and a Tg of 159°C, and is inherently tin-free

Bomar®BR-641E is a polybutadiene urethane acrylate oligomer designed for rigorous electronic coating, flexible ink,and pressure-sensitive adhesive applications. Bomar™ BR-742S is a difunctional, polyester Urethane Acrylate Oligomer that offers good weatherability. High-impact-strength coatings and inks can be formulated that are non-yellowing and have high gloss. This material offers low shrinkage, which is excellent for 3D printing applications. Furthermore, BR-742S is registered with INCI for cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-741MD1 is an aliphatic, difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion and flexibility. While not limited to these applications, BR-741MD1 is an effective choice in optically clear coatings and inks for plastics and metals. This oligomer is also perfect for UV & LED nail gel coatings because this material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI listed.

Bomar™ BRC-843S is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes a functional, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. BRC-843S is a softer and more flexible version of BRC-843. This oligomer is also tougher then BRC-843. BR-441BI20 is a fast-curing, high tensile strength, low molecular weight aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate with low color, high hardness, and excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. BR-441BI20 can be considered for use in high tensile strength overprint varnishes, high tensile strength 3D printing resins, and non-yellowing coatings.

Bomar®BR-930D is a trifunctional, urethane acrylate oligomer which offers high heat distortion temperatures. This product also offers high abrasion resistance, solvent resistance,and durability. BR-930D is perfect for 3D printing applications usingSLA, 3D inkjet,and DLP printers.

BR-771F is a low molecular weight oligomer with a good balance of high tensile strength and moderate elongation with an excellent cure speed. BR-771F exhibits excellent adhesion to plastic substrates, particularly polycarbonate. Formulations made with BR-771F can exhibit superior toughness properties with a high Tg. Its inherently low color and aliphatic backbone make BR-771F an excellent candidate for polycarbonate coatings and adhesives

Bomar® BR-744BT is an aliphatic difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, and flexibility. While not limited to the applications, BR-744BT is an effective choice in optical coating for plastics and UV pressure-sensitive adhesives. Provides solvent resistance, is durable, and has high gloss in ink and coating applications. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications, and is INCI listed.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

BR-7432GB, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications such as thermoforming resistant coatings where toughness and flexibility are required. BR-7432GB provides excellent balance of weathering, solvent resistance, tensile strength, and adhesion properties.BR-7432GB is an incredibly tough, elastomeric material with similar mechanical performance to cast urethanes, and can provide excellent impact resistance and weatherability to formulations. BR-7432GB also has low MeHQ for nail gel polish applications.

Bomar®BDT-1015is a dendritic acrylate with an average functionality of 15. BR-742M is a medium molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane methacrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and hardness balance. BR-742M offers an excellent balance of gloss, low heat generation, low color, and low MeHQ for nail coating applications. It canalso be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and glass. Due to its low solvent resistance, it can be formulated into solvent strippable temporary coatings. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

BR-741D is a low-molecular—weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate that can be effectively formulated for adhesion to cold rolled steel, glass, PMMA, PET, PC, and stainless steel. The resulting hard and tough film makes an effective protective glossy coating which will be nonyellowing, abrasion resistant, and have good weatherability. This is the low-viscosity version of BR-741.

BR-542MB is a difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-542MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. As a primary oligomer, BR-542MB offers excellent properties of adhesion and optical clarity. As a co-oligomer, BR-542MB can be used to improve an existing formulation's glass adhesion.

MechT E35A is a stable dispersion of discrete functionalized carbon nanotubes in urethane dimethacrylate [UDMA], BR-952. The Masterbatch can be used in rigid, high tensile strength SLA, DLP, or jettable resins to provide conductivity and decreased resistivity. When compared to FDM-printed ESD parts, ESD resins produced with MechT E35A can achieve fully isotropic conductivity with high resolution and isotropic mechanical properties.

Bomar®BR-551ME is an oligomer that provides excellent acetone removability when used in gel polish applications. Low heat generation occurs duringcure with UV/LED lamps that are typically used in nailgel polish applications. The resultant coating also has high gloss, and has low APHA color impact. Furthermore, this oligomer was designed to meet regulatory expectations for salon applications in Europe.
