BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

Bomar® BRS-14320S is a difunctional oligomer that combines a robust silicone backbone into a urethane acrylate oligomer. The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

BRC-4421 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications

BOMAR™ BR-970BT is a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970BT can be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-970BT offers rapid cure and low yellowing properties where premium performance is required. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins. This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance. Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.

Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970H has high modulus and doesn’t necessarily need to be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-541MB is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-541MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. This oligomer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in impact-resistant coatings on various substrates when used with BR-543MB. This material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI registered for compliance in cosmetic applications

BR-371MS, a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer, is a great fit for coatings that require high tensile strength, extremely low color, superior hardness, scratch resistance, and weathering resistance. BR-371MS provdes very low color and a high viscosity, ideal for hard gel nail coatings, and offers reduced heat generation vs other high tensile strength materials.

BR-952 is an aliphatic urethane dimethacrylate. The low viscosity allows for ease of use in coating applications for the nail care and 3D printing industries. BR-952 can be used to provide a high gloss, tough coating or 3D printed part. This material is also used in coatings for construction applications when improved toughness is desired for excellent durability. BR-952 provides an inherently high HDT of 143°C and a Tg of 159°C, and is inherently tin-free

BR-441BI20 is a fast-curing, high tensile strength, low molecular weight aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate with low color, high hardness, and excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. BR-441BI20 can be considered for use in high tensile strength overprint varnishes, high tensile strength 3D printing resins, and non-yellowing coatings.

BR-771F is a low molecular weight oligomer with a good balance of high tensile strength and moderate elongation with an excellent cure speed. BR-771F exhibits excellent adhesion to plastic substrates, particularly polycarbonate. Formulations made with BR-771F can exhibit superior toughness properties with a high Tg. Its inherently low color and aliphatic backbone make BR-771F an excellent candidate for polycarbonate coatings and adhesives

BR-7432GB, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications such as thermoforming resistant coatings where toughness and flexibility are required. BR-7432GB provides excellent balance of weathering, solvent resistance, tensile strength, and adhesion properties.BR-7432GB is an incredibly tough, elastomeric material with similar mechanical performance to cast urethanes, and can provide excellent impact resistance and weatherability to formulations. BR-7432GB also has low MeHQ for nail gel polish applications.

BR-1041MB is a biobased polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a substantial amount of biobased content and is tin-free. This is a harder version of BR-1043MB. This oligomer has a good balnce of toughness and flexibility. It has the ability to adhere to a variety of plastic substrates. The biobased backbone, methacrylate functionality and tin-free nature make this an excellent choice for consumer applications with low irritancy.

Tack-free gel polish top coats are highly desired in the nail coating industry because they provide a durable, high-gloss finish to a manicure without an IPA wipe step. Removing this step from the process saves time and allows the coating to exhibit its natural gloss. Like all nail coatings, tack-free top coats require a gloss finish, superior hardness, and most importantly, low yellowing properties. Bomar has developed a model formula using a new oligomer which provides exceptionally low colop in a tack-free top coat. The model formula requires this new oligomer, a trifunctional methacrylate monomer, a difunctional methacrylate monomer, and photoinitiatop. The formula performed exceptionally well when compared to competitor top coats in areas of yellowness, viscosity, and hardness.

BRC-8430E is a reduced-functionality version of BRC-843S that provides improved flexiblity and reduced modulus compared with BRC-843S. The hydrophobic and temperature resistant backbone of BRC-8430E combined with the low modulus make BRC-8430E an excellent candidate for moisture resistant adhesives, coatings, and resins, as well as formulations that need to pass autoclave or 85/85 testing.

BR-146, a high molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate, provides low formulation viscosity and moderate elongation with nonyellowing properties appropriate to soft touch glass coatings and impact resistant coatings. BR-146 shows adhesion to a variety of substrates, making it a candidate for consideration in mixed surface adhesion applications.

BOMAR®BR-144B, a medium molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, offers the formulator a cost effective means of obtaining high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance in a durable, high-gloss coating. While not limited to these fields, BR-144B is an effective choice in wood and furniture applications, along with abrasion-resistant overprint varnishes.This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

MechT E35A is a stable dispersion of discrete functionalized carbon nanotubes in urethane dimethacrylate [UDMA], BR-952. The Masterbatch can be used in rigid, high tensile strength SLA, DLP, or jettable resins to provide conductivity and decreased resistivity. When compared to FDM-printed ESD parts, ESD resins produced with MechT E35A can achieve fully isotropic conductivity with high resolution and isotropic mechanical properties.

BR-542MB is a difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-542MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. As a primary oligomer, BR-542MB offers excellent properties of adhesion and optical clarity. As a co-oligomer, BR-542MB can be used to improve an existing formulation's glass adhesion.

Bomar™ BR-741 is a lowmolecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylatethatcan be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics with some amount of surface energy. The resulting hard, tough film makes an effective protective coating, which will be non-yellowing, due to the aliphatic backbone of BR-741

BR-581MT is an oligomer blend that provides a low color, tack-free cure under low-intensity LED cure conditions. BR-581MT provides a balance of hardness and flexibility for abrasion resistance on flexible substrates, while also yielding a high-gloss, non-yellowing finish. This product is a resin blend containing 25% DEGDMA, is tin-free, is fully INCI listed, and can be formulated into a tack-free top coat for nail gel applications. BR-741D is a low-molecular—weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate that can be effectively formulated for adhesion to cold rolled steel, glass, PMMA, PET, PC, and stainless steel. The resulting hard and tough film makes an effective protective glossy coating which will be nonyellowing, abrasion resistant, and have good weatherability. This is the low-viscosity version of BR-741.

BRC-843SD1 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes a functional, nonyellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. BRC-843SD1 is a softer and more flexible version of BRC-843. This oligomer is also tougher then BRC-843. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for specialty applications in the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, electronic, and medical device.

BR-7432GI30, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications where excellent toughness and flexibility are required. The BR-7432GI30 backbone performs very well in extended weatherability studies. Itis an excellent choice for impact and bend resistant coatings, and can act as an impact modifier for composite applications

BR-3741AB is a 1.3 functional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. The extremely flexible nature of BR-3741AB makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings.

BRC-441D is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resins with excellent flexibility. Its ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications.

BR-990S2 is a dual-functional urethane acrylate with isocyanate functional groups. While products formulated with BR-990S2 can be cured with a UV light source, a free isocyanate can also react with ambient moisture to complete the curing process. This UV+moisture curing process will benefit applications where shadow areas are present. BR—990S2 can also be used as a component in a 2K UV+Heat curable product, the other component being a polyol, glycol, or other compound with OH functional groups. A diol, or compound with two OH groups, will exhibit the best properties because it enables chain growth rather than chain termination. BR-990S2 exhibits good flexibility and develops good tensile strength when cured using both UV light and moisture. More flexible products can also be formulated with BR-990S2, different polyols, and UV+heat curing processes.

BR-582 is a 2.4 average functional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. As with other BR-500 series materials, BR-582 is designed to offer a balance of benefits between toughness and flexibility. While only slightly lower in tensile strength and hardness than BR-571, BR-582 has almost double the total elongation at break. BR-582 responds quickly to UV cure, owing to its elevated functionality.

BOMAR®XDT-1018 is a dendritic acrylate with an average functionality of 18. The hyper-branched structure of XDT-1018 imparts the unique combination of low diluted viscosity with unmatched chemical and thermal resistance. XDT-1018 is ideal in applications where withstanding exposure to the harshest conditions is paramount.Great for high-temperature applications because thermogravimetric analysis indicates the oligomer doesn’t decompose until 350 °C.

BR-5413MB is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate with a good balance of high tensile strength and impact resistance. Formulating with linear monofunctional monomers can yield improved flexibility. This oligomer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in impact resistant coatings, and provides low color and excellent non-yellowing performance.
