The foam can be cut into numerous shapes and sizes, and is compatible with many different facings, coatings and adhesives to meet end use requirements." "SOLIMIDE® TA-301 polyimide foam is utilized in marine, commercial and industrial markets as lightweight, nonflammable, thermal and acoustic insulation. Applications vary and include, marine hullboard, commercial HVAC duct liner, insulation for rail cars and expansion and contraction joints in cryogenic applications.
