Plastics that must meet high require­ments need support: Under the trade name BRUG­GOLEN® we offer special high-perform­ance addit­ives for tech­nical plastics with an emphasis on poly­amide (PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 12, and copoly­amide), including heat, processing, and light stabil­izers, processing aids, and modi­fiers. BRUG­GOLEN® polymer addit­ives can be used in injec­tion molding and extru­sion, as well as in the pack­aging industry and fiber industry. These polymer addit­ives ensure effi­cient processing as well as an improved service life for plastic parts, and they offer high quality on econom­ical terms. Our polymer addit­ives are readily avail­able as indi­vidual products or combin­a­tion products (One-Packs). One-Packs are ready-mixed compounds of two or more addit­ives and they are tailored to special solu­tions and applic­a­tions. One-Packs are avail­able as powder, compactate, or master batch, and in this regard help to save almost half of the additive raw mater­ials.

The distillation process utilizes different sorts of grain, sugar beet and potato enabling you to continue processing our manufactured ethanol into various spirits. As a manufacturer, our assortment of liquors ranges from classic to regional and up to biologically controlled ethanol.

BRUGGOLEN® Recycling R8895 is a recycling additive for polyolefines. It is used for upcycling Polypropylene from car battery cases:


Repair of damage in the polymer chains by a novel chemical system. 
High-quality recyclates for demanding long-term applications 
Prolonged retention of mechanical properties during long-term heat aging.
Neutralization of acidic contaminations. 
One-Pack solution stabilizes the recycling process.


Bruggolen® R recycling additives improve the polyolefin recycling processes and help recyclers to produce higher-value polyolefine recyclates for long-term applications. For the first time, the new repairing technology allows repairing damages from prior use.

Bruggolite® E28 offers improved performance for emulsion polymers requiring a reducing agent applied at a pH range of 2 - 4.

Bruggolite® E28

BRUGGOLEN® P252 is a synergistic mixture of various nucleating and lubricating substances. It is our highly-efficient nucleating agent for polyesters.

Brueggemann TP 1862 is a combination of novolak-based resin along with a zinc-based catalyzing additive that additionally allows the elimination of cobalt and cobalt salts from steel-cord adhesion mixtures without sacrificing vulcanization activity, mechanical properties, and adhesion characteristics.Removing cobalt and resorcinol from adhesion mixturesSteel-cord adhesion mixtures are commonly used in tires and other applications such as hoses or conveyor belts.In such mixtures, state-of-the-art technology uses systems containing cobalt salts as catalysts or co-accelerators and adhesion promotors, as well as resorcinol resins to achieve desired mechanical properties. As both cobalt and cobalt salts, on one hand, and resorcinol, or resorcinol-based resins, on the other hand, are deemed to be problematic from an environmental safety and health (ESH) point of view, it is worthwhile finding a solution to reduce or even eliminate such critical substances from modern rubber mixtures. The elimination of resorcinol is already realized by a novolak-based reinforcing resin. BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1804 is a copper-based heat stabilizer package with synergists for use in aliphatic polyamides. This product is available in granular form. It is a very effective protection agent and antioxidant against premature fatigue of the mechanical properties and embrittlement of the finished parts under long-term stress, both in unreinforced and glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled aliphatic polyamides up to 190°C.
