Plastics that must meet high require­ments need support: Under the trade name BRUG­GOLEN® we offer special high-perform­ance addit­ives for tech­nical plastics with an emphasis on poly­amide (PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 12, and copoly­amide), including heat, processing, and light stabil­izers, processing aids, and modi­fiers. BRUG­GOLEN® polymer addit­ives can be used in injec­tion molding and extru­sion, as well as in the pack­aging industry and fiber industry. These polymer addit­ives ensure effi­cient processing as well as an improved service life for plastic parts, and they offer high quality on econom­ical terms. Our polymer addit­ives are readily avail­able as indi­vidual products or combin­a­tion products (One-Packs). One-Packs are ready-mixed compounds of two or more addit­ives and they are tailored to special solu­tions and applic­a­tions. One-Packs are avail­able as powder, compactate, or master batch, and in this regard help to save almost half of the additive raw mater­ials.

BRUGGOLEN® H10

Zinc Oxide RAC by Brüggemann is a type of active zinc oxide that is produced through a special precipitation process. It is suitable for use in the vulcanization of a variety of rubber types, including:Natural rubber (NR)Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)Isoprene rubber (IR)Nitrile rubber (NBR)The product has excellent vulcanization properties due to its gentle thermal treatment and chemical origin. It is known for its high specific surface area, which enables it to provide excellent mechanical properties even when used in smaller amounts compared to traditional zinc oxides. Zinc Oxide RAC has a shelf life of 12 months.

Bruggolite® FF6 M is the first formaldehyde-free sulfur-based reducing agent which enables adherence to stringent regulatory requirements of emulsion polymers.

Recommended pH range is 4 - 8. Effective for main and post-polymerization at temperatures as low as 20°C.

Bruggolite® FF6 M

BRUGGOLEN® H321 is a blend of copper compounds, halides, and lubricants in the form of compacted granules. It neutralizes the harmful effects of high temperatures on polyamides. It is a classic copper, salt-based heat stabilizer that works to a temperature of 180°C by reacting with the degradation products that are formed during thermal processing or exposure to high temperatures, neutralizing their harmful effects and helping to preserve the integrity of the polymer.
