Acronal® 4 D is a dispersion of polyacrylic acid butyl ester in water, used to manufacture pressure-sensitive adhesives for self-adhesive articles. It is particularly employed in the production of pressure-sensitive adhesives for adhesive tapes and films. When using plasticized PVC film as the base film, consideration should be given to potential plasticizer migration affecting the adhesive properties.
