FoamStarĀ® PB 2724 is a defoamer that is free from mineral oil and silicone oils. It improves stability, provides resistance against temperature fluctuations, eases pigment dispersion, lowers water absorption, and enhances resistance against water marks. Used as a foam-inhibiting wetting agent in the manufacture of emulsion paints and polymer emulsions, it can also serve as a defoamer in printing pastes and glues applied in printing plants. Additionally, FoamStarĀ® PB 2724 may be an ingredient in the manufacture of anti-foaming agents for various applications.
