FoamStarĀ® SI 2213 is a defoamer recommended for clear and low-pigmented aqueous coatings and printing inks, particularly those based on polymeric dispersions. It is a blend of foam-destroying polymers, emulsifiers, and silicone. Developed to prevent foam in modern coatings like those based on finely dispersed acrylics, FoamStarĀ® SI 2213 has minimal to no effect on the swelling of rubber stereos, inking rollers, or blankets in printing inks, ensuring excellent compatibility.
