Acronal® 5028 is an ammonia-free aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester and acrylonitrile. It is a non-APEO and non-plasticizer product, available in liquid dispersion form. Acronal® 5028 is primarily used to produce highly polymer-modified, cementitious, flexible waterproofing slurries (surface protection, composite waterproofing). Due to its low glass transition temperature, Acronal® 5028 imparts crack-bridging properties to waterproofing slurries even at temperatures as low as −20 °C.

Rheovis® HS 1212 is a rheology modifier. It is an outstanding rheology-control agent for water-based coatings, increasing viscosity in the mid-shear range.
