The effect of tension tears is reduced. The maximum short-term highest applicable temperature is increased to 140 °C. Due to the outstanding electrical properties, PC GF 30-plastics are often used as insulation parts in the electronics industry.

CENTROMID 12 GF / PA 12 GF 30 is reinforced with 30% glassfibres. This leads to stiffness and increased resistance in the binding substance and an increased heat distortion resistance at the same time. The impact strength is reduced, the tensile strength is increased up to 6.000 MPa. PA 12 GF 30-plastics are often used as lever or valve components.

CENTROLEN / PE-HD is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic, which distinguishes itself through its high resistance to stress cracking and chemical stability. PE-HD is applicable within a temperature range of -75 to +120 °C. The plastic, belonging to the group of polyolef ines, is water repellent and non-swelling. Due to its low density and excellent machinability, PE-HD is often used in the machinery and food industry. PEHD is available in the colors natural and black, as well as in custom colors upon request.

CENTROLEN / PP LF is added to the basic polypropylene polymer. The plastic can conduct electricity; the high resistance to tear and chemicals remains intact. The specific surface resistance is reduced to 10³ Ohm. PP LF-plastics are often used as filter heads, casings or as mechanical conveyors for flammable liquids.

CENTROLEN / PE-UHMW is polymerised with a modified Ziegler-Catalyst. The density is lowered and the sliding friction coefficient is improved. PE-UHMW distinguishes itself through its very high impact resistance and abrasion resistance. The BfR-/FDA approval assures physiological safety. Sliding guides or pump and wear parts are often manufactured from PE-UHMW.

PP-H is applicable within a temperature range of +2 to 130 °C. PP-H is used in apparatus engineering and in the chemical industry. The BfR-/FDA approval assures physiological safety. PP-H is available in the colors natural and gray.

Among other things, bearings, sensors or exhaust pipes are manufactured from PPS GF 15 plastics.
