Opticool™ 972(E) (EMEA Only) is a high performance, low maintenance synthetic fluid. OPTICOOL 972(E) is DEA and Boron free and offers superior lubricity, corrosion inhibition, extreme pressure resistance, rancidity control and hard water stability. OPTICOOL 972(E) is usable in a broad range of machining operations from low to high speed and recommended for alloy steels, cast irons and exotic metals. The heat dissipating properties reduce heat and chip formation, provide rapid cooling of the tool and the workpiece, extending tool life when compared to conventional soluble oils and semi-synthetics.

Chesterton 720 CCG Chain, Cable, and Gear Lubricant is a multi-use, off-white translucent, polymer-modified synthetic lubricant. It can be used in applications requiring a high-pressure resistances and durable film to cushion, quiet, and protect equipment. Due to high shear strength and self adhering film, 720 CCG will not fling off or extrude like ordinary oils and greases. Chesterton 720 CCG forms a robust “wear shield” which stays in place even under the most extreme pressures. The contact surfaces are cushioned, thereby, extending life of chains, sprockets, wire ropes, and gear drives. 720 CCG lubricant's anti-corrosion action and water resistance protect chains, wire ropes, and gears exposed to moisture and corrosive liquids and vapors, far exceeding conventional grease technology. It can be used in applications where NSF H1 certification is required.

Chesterton 615 HTG High-Temperature Greases is the versatile performer needed in all applications requiring a heavy duty NLGI #1 grease. The outstanding extreme pressure characteristics of this grease, coupled with its excellent water wash out resistance make it a truly superior choice for tough applications. The corrosion protection provided to surfaces lubricated with 615 is far greater than virtually all competitive greases. Unlike many NLGI #1 greases, 615 will not bleed or age harden. It can be pumped through grease dispensing systems with ease permitting labor savings through automation. It is important when choosing a lubricant to select the lightest lubricant that will effectively reduce friction and wear between moving parts. An NLGI #1 grease becomes especially important at higher bearing speeds and/ or in equipment subject to very low temperatures.

Chesterton 388 Synthetic Tapping Fluid is a high performance, synthetic metal working fluid. It provides the industrial performance of conventional petroleum and solvent based fluids while eliminating the hazards normally associated with these traditional products. The superior lubrication of a synthetic, combined with maximum heat dissipating capability at the shear plane, results in a product which extends tool life and keeps taps cool to permit rapid cutting. Chesterton 388 is effective for all hand and automatic tapping operations and is used for a variety of demanding metal cutting operations over a broad range of metals, including aluminum. True and precise thread cutting action permits excellent thread quality. Since there is no chlorine or sulfur in the product, the working of stainless steel is facilitated without fear of embrittlement. Chesterton 388 is user and environmentally friendly. It is biodegradable, nonflammable and essentially odorless. Synthetic Tapping Fluid does not smoke, mist or fume during use. The result is a cleaner, safer work environment. A near neutral pH minimizes the potential for skin irritation and defatting commonly caused by organic solvent based cutting fluids.

Chesterton 660 Silicone Lubricant is a clean, clear, silicone fluid which will provide continuous film lubrication for mechanical parts and sliding surfaces constructed of plastic, rubber or metal. Wherever porous synthetics, plastics, rubber, neoprene, wood etc. come into contact with other materials, 660 Silicone Lubricant quickly penetrates surfaces to lubricate, prevent sticking and reduce wear. The product leaves a slippery, clean film which will not stain or leave gummy residues. It will stay where it is applied and not readily be squeezed out. Chesterton 660 Silicone Lubricant is quite versatile for both high and low temperature applications. The product is effective from -40°C to 205°C (-40°F to 400°F). It is invaluable as a lubricant where petroleum oils cannot be used.

Chesterton 610HT Synthetic Lubricating Fluid is a premium quality full synthetic lubricant designed to provide lubrication at temperatures ranging from -25°C (-15°F) to those over 250°C (482°F) where petroleum lubricants are unable to function. Unlike petroleum-based lubricants, the product will not carbonize, oxidize to a sludge or form lacquers and varnishes at high temperatures. In fact, 610 HT Synthetic Lubricating Fluid has excellent solvency and will actually remove many of these byproducts caused by other petroleum based lubricants and allow equipment to run cooler and more efficiently. Extreme pressure additives give superior wear characteristics and minimize equipment maintenance and downtime. Rust and oxidation inhibitors give added protection against corrosion. Lubricity additives provide for maximum lubrication and minimum friction. Because Chesterton 610 HT Synthetic Lubricating Fluid has a high flash point and low evaporation rate, it does not have the characteristic smoke and fire hazards associated with petroleum based lubricants when used in hot applications. The safety level for the user is thus very high.

Chesterton 625 CXF as a premium quality, water resistant grease, 625 will not be removed even in severe water washout situations. Superior resistance to washout by water, caustics, sanitizing cleaners, process fluids and steam has been combined with high purity USP White Mineral Oil to produce 625 CXF suitable for Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical use. With a dropping point of 318°C (604°F), it will not melt and run out within recommended operating parameters. 625 is NSF Registered H1 and complies with FDA regulations 178.3570. It can be the exclusive lubricating grease used in food, beverage, meat, poultry and pharmaceutical plants. Chesterton 625 CXF is virtually non-staining, tasteless, and odorless. Chesterton ​395 Tapping Lubricant​​ is a high quality petroleum based machining lubricant specifically designed for aluminum and other soft metals.
