- Application Technique
- AGOCEL® AC 3900 is a slightly modified, water-soluble polysaccharide ether which is suitable for the use in dry mortar blends containing gypsum or cement.
- AGOCEL® AC 3900 improves the adhesion to the ground, the water retention power, the processing properties and the consistency of the prepared mortar blend.
- To optimize slump, water demand or water retention capacity of the finished mortar blend, AGOCEL® AC 3900 can be combined with AGOCEL® AC 1300, AGOCEL® AC 2010, AGOCEL® AC 2130, AGOCEL® AC 2200, AGOCEL® AC 2500, AGOCEL® AC 1003 or AGOCEL® AC 1006.
- AGOCEL® AC 3900 is to be blended with the dry mortar blend components prior to adding water.
- Recommended application amounts: 0.2 - 0.5% AGOCEL® AC 3900 related to the dry mortar weight.
- The optimal application amount varies depending on the application field, origin and type of raw materials in use.
