- Application Technique
- AGOCEL® AC 4100 gives an outstanding workability to dry mix mortars. The water retention of the system can be adjusted by combining AGOCEL® AC 4100 with AGOCEL® AC 1300, AGOCEL® AC 3900, AGOCEL® AC 1003 or AGOCEL® AC 1006.
- AGOCEL® AC 4100 improves the processing and smoothing properties as well as the consistency of the mortar blends.
- AGOCEL® AC 4100 only slightly sticks to tools and can be easily processed. In plasters, fillers or tile adhesives the stickiness to tools can be furthermore adjusted by combining different AGOCEL® products.
- AGOCEL® AC 4100 improves the open time through delayed skin formation.
- AGOCEL® AC 4100 must be blended with the components of the dry mortar prior to adding water.
- Recommended application amount: 0.01 - 0.05% related to the total dry mortar weight
- The optimal application amount varies depending on the application field, origin and type of raw materials in use.
