CHT Group EM-320 REN is a custom silicone antifoam that is used for protein rendering. This silicone antifoam can be combined with anticoagulant for easier processing of meat, hogs, poultry, and lamb. This nonionic emulsification system contains 20% actives and has standard water dispersibility.
