Cibaria International Flavored EVOO - Artichoke & Garlic

Flavored EVOO - Artichoke & Garlic is the edible oil obtained by the mechanical expression of the naturally occurring oils from the clean, wholesome fruit of the olive tree, (olea europaea), producing an oil having a light to moderate flavor intensity. Solvent extracted oils, or oils obtained by any other means other than mechanical expressing shall not be used. The Artichoke is one of the most popular winter month edible flower buds of the Mediterranean. We’ve combined that with the wonderful and essential Garlic to bring a superstar to our line-up. You’ll be hard pressed to find a savory recipe that isn’t improved by a little of this olive oil. Full bodied, imported extra virgin olive oil is a product that has a powerful flavor but is smooth and sweet with no bitterness or acrid after taste. It is first pressed using expeller methods. Product is extracted from plants that have not been genetically modified.
