PLASTI-GRIT® TYPE VI: CLEAR-CUT® is a light-weight thermoset Poly Allyl DiGlycol Carbonate, meets the requirements for a Type VI Grade A media as specified in MIL-P-85891A. The finished product contains no inorganic fillers and is treated with an anti-static agent. Type VI is commonly used as an abrasive, blast media, non-skid media, additive in paint & epoxies, and filler applications.

Product Highlights

We custom manufacture Clear-Cut® from 100% recycled materials. In blast operations, Type VI preserves the surface profile of delicate parts, fiberglass, composites, plastics, anilox rolls and Corvettes. Available in all standard sizes. MIL-P-85891A approved.

This light-weight, clear-white abrasive is also an excellent additive and filler in resin, epoxy, urethane and counter-tops, as well as a durable non-skid aggregate in flooring, paints & coatings. We supply in all standard sizes from coarse granulars to extra fine powders with custom sizing available.
