"Since 2009, Continental Dairy Facilities has been providing grade A, Gold Star quality milk products to manufacturers across the country and around the world. In partnership with Select Milk Producers, the 5th largest dairy co-op in the United States, Continental Dairy Facilities produces over 300,000 lbs. of nonfat dry milk per day and exports our products to over 14 countries around the world including North Africa, Mexico, Southeast Asia, China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. Our commitment to quality and sustainability has made us a preferred producer for a wide range of food manufacturing companies. This commitment extends from our incoming materials to our final product and includes stringent standards for our farming and labor practices, along with individual cow and herd health practices. Continental Dairy Facilities Skimmed Milk Powder Low Heat is the powder resulting from the partial removal of the fat and water from fresh Grade A milk. The protein content of the milk may have been adjusted with milk permeate, milk retentate, or lactose powder. It contains the lactose, milk proteins and milk minerals in the same relative proportions as they occur in fresh milk. The product shall is made from fresh, sweet milk to which no preservative, alkali, neutralizing agent or other chemical has been added and which has been pasteurized.

Continental Dairy Facilities Grade AA Salted Butter is the food product made exclusively from sweet cream and containing not less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat (21 USC 321a). Sweet cream is pasteurized at approximately 185°F for not less than 15 seconds. Grade AA Salted Butter possesses a fine and highly pleasing butter flavor. Grade AA Salted butter is light yellow in color and possesses a sweet, pleasing, slightly salty flavor which is free from rancid, oxidized or other objectionable flavors.

Continental Dairy Facilities Grade A Cream
