Continental Dairy Facilities Grade AA Salted Butter is the food product made exclusively from sweet cream and containing not less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat (21 USC 321a). Sweet cream is pasteurized at approximately 185°F for not less than 15 seconds. Grade AA Salted Butter possesses a fine and highly pleasing butter flavor. Grade AA Salted butter is light yellow in color and possesses a sweet, pleasing, slightly salty flavor which is free from rancid, oxidized or other objectionable flavors.
