Creative Materials 127-10

127-10 is a fast drying, silver filled ink, designed for producing electrically conductive traces on rigid and flexible circuit boards. This material provides excellent adhesion to aluminum, glass, Mylar, Kapton, and a variety of other substrates. Some additional applications for 127-10 include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches and circuit repair.

Suggested Handling & Curing

127-10 is ready to use as supplied. Further thinning may be accomplished by adding small amounts of Butyl acetate. Prior to using, be certain to re-suspend silver. Product will cure at 25°C in 5-10 minutes. Maximum room temperature conductivity is reached in 20 minutes. The ultimate conductivity, and chemical resistance is obtained by curing at 150°C for 5-10 minutes. End user is advised to experimentally determine the cure schedule best suited for the individual application.
