Crodamol™ is a high-quality ultrafine emollient monoester, developed specially for personal care and pharmaceutical applications. It is an exceptionally light, non-greasy emollient. It is an excellent solvent and solubilizer, glossing agent, and binder/wetting agent for pressed powders. It reduces the whitening effect of antiperspirants. Its applications include skin care products, sunscreens, antiperspirants/deodorants, clear gels, hair styling aids, conditioners, and conditioning shampoos.

Hypermer™ is a polymeric surfactant, developed specifically for water-soluble applications. The high molecular weight of both the hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups results in stronger anchoring and better stabilization of home care formulations.

Tween™ series surfactants are polyoxyethylene derivatives of the SPAN™ series products. Tween™ surfactants are hydrophilic, generally soluble or dispersible in water, and soluble in varying degrees inorganic liquids. They are used for oil-in-water (O/W) emulsification, dispersion or solubilization of oils, and wetting. Frequently, Tween™ surfactants are combined with similarly numbered SPAN™ surfactants to promote emulsion stability. These products are widely used in personal care, fiber finish, HI&amp;I cleaning, crop protection, paints &amp; coatings, adhesives, and other industrial applications.

Span™ is a sorbitan ester widely used in personal care and home care products. It is an excellent W/O emulsifier for protective, baby care, and general-purpose emollient creams. It is a wetting and dispersing agent for physical sunscreens and decorative cosmetics. It is based on isostearic acid, a completely saturated branched-chain ester that is not prone to oxidation and associated changes in color or odor. Its low setting point makes it useful in pourable products.

Span

Crodasinic™ is a range of biodegradable anionic surfactants consisting of acyl sarcosines and their sodium salts, sarcosinates. Produced from natural fatty acids and the amino acid derivative, sarcosine, the Crodasinic™ offers a number of functional benefits in a wide variety of personal care, home care and I&amp;I applications.

NatraSense™ AG-810 is a 100% bio-based surfactant designed to provide multiple benefits to a formulation. With good tolerance to salts, builders, and extremes of pH, NatraSense™ AG-810 can be easily incorporated into a variety of cleaning formulations. NatraSense™ AG-810 has been proven not to cause stress-cracking of plastics, a common issue with conventional nonionic surfactants, while at the same time providing gloss retention and streak-free cleaning.

Zinador™ 22L is a 100% bio-based odor neutralizer that has been proven to effectively combat a wide range of household and industrial odors. Independent testing conducted by trained panelists has demonstrated its effectiveness in eliminating common malodors. With no need for emulsifiers or chelators in formulation, Zinador 22L is cost-effective and easy to use. It is developed and produced using Itaconix polymer technology.

The innovative 'Spray &amp; Stick' technology delivers enhanced soil removal due to improved surface contact time with no loss in gloss on treated surfaces. ModiSurf™ Clarity is an additive for hard surface cleaners that forms a protective layer on glass and polymeric surfaces, repelling limescale and reducing the tendency of surfaces to mist up. It is effective in acid, neutral, and alkaline cleaners. ModiSurf™ Clarity can be formulated into a wide range of products and provides various consumer benefits. Unlike most alternatives, ModiSurf™ Clarity is biodegradable and has a high content of renewable raw materials.

Forestall™ is a unique cationic surfactant proven to neutralize a wide range of malodors. It is soluble in water, has a low active level, and is commonly used in air and fabric spray applications for deodorization. It effectively combats odors caused by tobacco, vegetable smells, body odor, and cooking fat.

NatraSense™ LF8 is a 100% bio-based additive that reduces the foaming of high-foam surfactants and provides a rinse aid action in auto dishwashing. NatraSense™ LF8 reduces the contact angle of water on a series of common kitchen surfaces, including glass, ceramic, stainless steel, and plastic, resulting in better wetting of the surface and faster drying with a reduction in residues. Combinations of Crodasinic™ LS30 NT and sodium lauryl sulphate are suggested as ideal bases for carpet shampoos. The advantages of Crodasinic LS30 NT are low penetration of carpet backing, non-sticky residue on drying, excellent foaming, and low odour and colour. Formulation HC/LF/11 is a liquid carpet cleaner concentrate, which can be diluted 50:50 with water and then further diluted for use 1:20 parts of water.

This carpet stain remover will remove most stains, whilst eliminating any tough odours associated with the stain.

The advantages of including Crodasinic™ LS30 NT in this formulation are effective cleaning performance along with low penetration of the canvas or fabric and the ability to dry to a non - sticky residue. Due to its corrosion inhibition properties Crodasinic LS30 NT is particularly useful for products packed in aerosol tinplate containers. The aerosol foam rapidly breaks down on application. Colour fastness should be checked prior to application. This example formulation could also be used in a non-aerosol application.

This liquid carpet shampoo formulation is to be used at a recommended dilution of 1:10 parts of water. After dilution the solution can be whisked by hand into a foam and applied with a sponge or a soft brush. The carpet is left to dry and any residue is subsequently removed by a vacuum cleaner.

The combination of Syncrowax™ ERLC, an ester wax, and Syncrowax HGLC, a hard wax acid, in this leather cream finish allows leather articles to be buffed to a gloss. Pentalan™ is a lanolin derivative which lubricates and conditions the leather fibres.

This formulation is suitable for leather and upholstery to restore surface shine and provide protection. Silicones are emulsified with PolaSperse LS to create a product with good spreading property.

Formula CCS01 is clear liquid carpet cleaner. Together with sodium lauryl sulphate, Crodasinic LS30 provides cleaning and foaming. Crodasinic LS30 also provides non-sticky residue on drying. This formula can be used at 1:10 dilution with water. The solution can be whisked by hand into a foam and applied with a sponge or soft brush. The carpet is left to dry and any residue is subsequently removed by a vacuum cleaner.
