Si-COAT® 570™ High Voltage Insulator Coating is a one-part, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) polysiloxane (silicone) coating. Its unique and patented formulation provides a highly hydrophobic surface for its entire life. The coating is not affected by UV light, corona discharge, chemical contaminants, salt, extreme temperatures or corrosive environments. Si-COAT 570 HVIC is engineered with exact amounts of non-reactive, low molecular weight silicone and ingredients with precise particle sizes for optimum performance and reliability.

Si-COAT® 570hs™ High Solids High Voltage Insulator Coating is a one-part, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) polysiloxane (silicone) high solids coating. It is engineered to provide a highly hydrophobic surface for its entire life, thus limiting leakage current and preventing flashovers due to insulator contamination. The high solids content of the material not only reduces the time required to build the desired film thickness, but also exceeds VOC requirements of most jurisdictions. The coating is not affected by UV light, corona discharge, chemical contaminants, salt, extreme temperatures or corrosive environments. Si-COAT® 570hs™ High Solids High Voltage Insulator Coating is formulated with exact amounts of non-reactive, low molecular weight silicone and ingredients with precise particle sizes for optimum performance and reliability.

Si-COAT® 532™ Remarkable® Low VOC Anti-Graffiti Protective Coating is a clear, semi-gloss, permanent (non-sacrificial)one coat anti-graffiti protective coating. It is suitable for use over metal, concrete, brick, stone, wood, fiberglass and pre-existing coatings. This single component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), moisture cure polysiloxane product provides excellent durability and long service life. As a result of its specific chemistry, Si-COAT 532AG forms chemical bonds with the host surface to enhance adhesion properties without the need for abrasive blasting, priming, and extensive site preparation. Due to the hydrophobicity of the coating, most graffiti-tagging can easily be removed from protected surfaces using water under low pressure. For best results, graffiti tagging should be removed from Si-COAT 532AG as soon as possible using a cold water pressure washer at 1200 psi.

CSL Silicones CSL841 Non Curing Silicone Grease Compound is a non-curing, general-purpose, dielectric silicone grease compound. It is a grease-like material that is ideally suited for lubricating, waterproofing, corrosion protection, mold release, and insulating. It is moisture-resistant and retains its consistency and properties over a temperature range of -76°F to 392°F. CSL841 is a non-toxic, non-melting, highly water repellant silicone grease resistant to oxidation. Practically nonvolatile, CSL841 is also odorless, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, and has excellent dielectric properties. CSL841 has excellent thermal and oxidative stability and low surface tension.

Si-COAT® 528™ Remarkable® Low VOC Spray Grade Anti-Graffiti Protective Coating is a permanent (non-sacrificial) one coat anti-graffiti protective coating. It is available in a variety of colors, and dries to a semi-gloss finish. It is suitable for use over metal, concrete, brick, stone, wood, fiberglass and pre-existing coatings. This single component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), moisture cure polysiloxane anti-graffiti protective coating provides excellent durability and long service life. It can easily be applied using brush, roller or airless spray equipment. As a result of its specific chemistry, Si-COAT 528AG Remarkable Low VOC forms chemical bonds with the host surface to enhance adhesion properties without the need for abrasive blasting, priming, and extensive site preparation. CSL Silicones CSL942 Multi-Surface Primer is a one-component silicone resin in solvent designed to promote the adhesion of silicone sealants to multiple surfaces and substrates. CSL942 is designed to impart optimum silicone sealant adhesion to porous surfaces i.e. concrete, brick, wood, many plastics and metals such as aluminum, steel, copper, brass, etc.

CSL944 is designed to impart optimum silicone sealant adhesion to porous surfaces (i.e. concrete, brick, wood, some plastics, etc.). Not intended for use with metal.
