    Flor Stop is made of pure paraffin tablets containing very small quantities of allyl isothiocyanate. These activated tablets float on the surface of the wine, protecting it from spoilage film yeasts, and other microbial changes that lead to a volatil acidity and acetaldehyde increase.

    Approved for use in EC Regulation No. 1493/99.

    Dosage and Instructions for Use
    • _x0001_Flor Stop for small containers (small size tablets): 1 tablet per container of 20-60 l of wine _x0001_
    • Flor Stop for barrels (medium size tablets): 1 tablet per barrel or barrique _x0001_
    • Flor Stop for vats/tanks (large size tablets): 1 tablet per tank
    • Either barrels or vats or large tanks must be filled and tightly closed.

    Flor Stop looses its effect when the essence's smell is weak: that's about after 20-30 days with high temperature, in summer, and 2-3 months in normal conditions.
