- AFCONA-7203 is mainly recommended for unsaturated polyester and PMMA systems. AFCONA-7203 is a moderate defoamer, but it is not recommended for unpigmented/clear systems. Adding AFCONA-7203 to the resin may cause in-can haziness. However, this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.
- AFCONA-7203 is a very good defoamer for PMMA solid surface systems with good compatibility and strong defoaming.
- If AFCONA-7200 or AFCONA-7202 are not providing the desired performance, then a combination with or change to AFCONA-7203 can be a good option because AFCONA-7203 is based on a different chemical composition. AFCONA-7203 shows excellent air release properties in airless spray systems.
Note: AFCONA – 7203 may become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. This will not impact the performance or quality of the product.

AFCONA-7203 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
