AFCONA – 2754 is recommended for:
- Solvent-free or solvent-containing epoxy and polyurethane for floor coatings.
- Other high polarity systems used in wood coatings, such as NC, PU and acid-curing.
- Also recommended for coil coatings based on PVC plastisols.
Note: Due to the strong defoaming properties of AFCONA-2754, in-can haziness must be checked before using it in clear coatings.

- AFCONA-2754 may be incorporated prior to processing. If added subsequently, good distribution must be insured.
- Addition and Dosage
- Add AFCONA-2754 at 0.1 - 1.0% based on total formulation. Under normal conditions, the dosage is 1.0% for solvent-free system and 0.1 - 0.3% for solvent-based system, based on total formulation.
