AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 2028 is a moderate defoamer that is easy to incorporate. AFCONA 2028 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes.AFCONA 2028 is particularly suitable as a defoamer for curtain coatings and may also be used during production. When foam causes a problem during packaging, AFCONA 2028 may be added slowly while stirring, which will speed up the bubble-breaking process. For this application, AFCONA 2028 is more user-friendly and easier to handle than AFCONA 2022 because it is less sensitive to crater formation and other well-known defoamer side effects.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2209 is an aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed to produce unequaled clarity and gloss. AFCONA 3755 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with very effective defoaming properties. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent, designed for applications where leveling and defoaming are both important, such as coil and can coatings. It can also be used in other foam-sensitive systems.

DeCAL 1103 is an alkali-soluble, acrylic-based associative thickener specifically designed for use in aqueous systems requiring Newtonian rheological behavior. DeCAL 1103 is highly effective in silk and flat emulsion paint and provides an excellent balance between high and low shear viscosities, as well as excellent compatibility with most organic and inorganic pigments.

DeCAL 1035 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. The polymer provides the rheological control effect through extensive swelling of the high molecular weight polymer in alkaline conditions, in the presence of water. DeCAL 1035 is an ideal rheological control additive for use in water-borne coatings.

AFCONA 3251 is an additive designed to offer the highest slip in all solvent-based coatings without stabilizing foam. AFCONA 3251 is specially developed for solvent-based systems where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilization is undesirable. Its performance is similar to AFCONA 3250, only with better leveling.

DeCAL 1006 is a carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion suitable for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in producing stable viscosity response between pH 6.5 to 10. DeCAL 5011 is a silicone-free defoamer used in various applications, including building & construction, wood coatings, adhesives, textiles/leather/non-wovens, agrochemicals, paint, inks/graphic arts, and specialty chemicals. It provides excellent foam prevention properties at elevated temperatures and pressures. It is a white powder.

Mistron® 554 is an off-white, high-purity, platy-fine talc. Its platy nature improves barrier properties, corrosion resistance, and stain blocking ability in architectural and industrial primers. Mistron® 554 is also used in topcoats to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and extend prime pigments.

AFCONA 2590 is an effective defoamer for general industrial paints, wood coatings, and more. It prevents the formation of foams and destroys those formed under the surface, reducing the chances of carters and fish eyes. It is a pre-emulsified water-based silicone defoamer that can be easily incorporated into water-borne coating systems.

Syntran® OP 1133 is based on Interpolymer Corporation's "opaque polymer" technology, which can be used to replace a percentage of the titanium dioxide used in white paints while maintaining the same or similar coverage. The ideal reduction level of titanium dioxide is approximately 15% when using this technology. Higher reductions of titanium dioxide levels can be achieved, but you may experience a slight loss in the coverage of the paint.

It is a blend of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil and is non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

Crys-Talc® 4H-4HC is a high-purity, high-brightness, platy, medium-sized talc used in interior and exterior coating, adhesive, and sealant formulations to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and maximize prime pigment extension. Crys-Talc® 4H is used in solid-color and semitransparent wood stains to prevent tannin bleed and improve gloss uniformity without introducing abrasive characteristics. Crys-Talc® 4H has a platy, hydrophobic structure used in  architectural and industrial primers to improve barrier properties which impart corrosion resistance and stain blocking  ability.

Syntran® 1671 is based on a patented bimodal technology with film-forming properties. DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

Syntran® DR 7015 is an alkali-soluble acrylic polymer that is based on Interpolymer Corporation's polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based inks and coatings. This product is used for wood coatings, concrete coatings, architectural coatings, etc.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 1104E is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. In matt and semi-gloss paint this product improves flow and levelling performance, sag resistance and anti-settling. It also gives much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

The polymer provides the rheological control effect through extensive swelling of the high molecular weight polymer in alkaline conditions, in the presence of water. DeCAL 1091 is an ideal rheological control additive for use in water-borne coatings.

Nicron® 674 is an ultra-fine, high-purity microcrystalline talc. It is insoluble in mineral acids, hydrophobic, and non-abrasive to compounding and processing equipment. Nicron® 674 is used in a wide variety of applications, including interior/exterior coatings, color concentrates, adhesives, sealants, and thermoplastic polymers.

AFCONA 3236 is an additive designed to provide slip and leveling, as well as good defoaming performance. It is an alkyl-modified polysiloxane that offers excellent slip and leveling properties. Unlike other organically modified polysiloxanes, AFCONA 3236 acts as a defoamer and does not stabilize foam in most systems, making it suitable for foam-sensitive applications such as floor coatings and high-build systems.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 3232 is an additive designed as slip and leveling for solvent-based coatings. It is the solvent-free version of AFCONA 3033. AFCONA 3232 is an end modified special polysiloxane. With this modification, it enhances coatings slip performance and surface smoothness. The slip characteristic is dry type, which makes it very suitable for wood coatings and thermoplastic character resins.
