When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 312 is a highly effective coupling agent used in various applications, including composites, coatings, and adhesives. It enhances the adhesion between substrates and improves the mechanical properties of the final product. AE 312 is especially useful for glass fiber reinforced composites and is also compatible with various solvents and resins.

AFCONA 2721 is a defoamer specifically designed for use in UV coatings. It is composed of an acrylate monomer carrier that takes part in the system cross-linking and a combination of silicone and non-silicone components that offer good de-aeration and defoaming properties.

DeCAL 2165 is a powerful nonionic surfactant that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. DeCAL 2165 is used as a dispersing agent in aqueous pigment dispersions, inks, and paints. Due to the chemical structure of this product, agglomeration of pigment particles is prevented due to steric stabilization.

Portafill® A10 is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portafill® A is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

JetFil® M300 is a high purity, platy, coarse talc that can be used to improve stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymer applications. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC-based applications to improve mechanical properties at loading levels up to 40% or higher. JetFil® M300 is available in densified form to improve feeding, enhance extrusion throughput, and reduce dusting. JetFil® M300 may also be used in rigid packaging, appliances, UTH (under the hood), and wood plastic composites (WPC), where it can provide reduced water diffusion, weight gain and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environments, and improved warpage and creep.

Cimpact® 699 is an off-white, high-purity, platy, ultrafine talc with excellent top-size control. It is recommended for efficient crystal nucleation, as well as very good stiffness, HDT, dimensional stability, improved impact strength, and esthetics in high-performance plastics and plastic films.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A 302T1 is an organosilane coupling agent that is designed to enhance the adhesion between inorganic materials and organic polymers. This coupling agent is specially designed for use in high-temperature applications and offers excellent thermal stability. It can improve the mechanical properties of the final product and can be used in a wide range of applications such as sealants, adhesives, and coatings.

TYTAN™ AQ33 is titanium ammonium lactate that is used as an esterification and transesterification catalyst for the manufacture of unsaturated polyester, polyester, PET, PTT, and PBT when water content is higher. TYTAN™ AQ33 can also be used as an adhesion promoter or cross-linking agent for water-based coatings on various surfaces.

TYTAN™ CP-317 is a coupling agent that can enhance the dispersion of inorganic fillers in polymer systems such as PP and PE by modifying the surface of filler particles. The content of fillers can therefore be increased, saving on the cost of polymer while maintaining the mechanical property.

Talcoliva® M10DT2 is a fine, high-purity, microcrystalline talc used to enhance the performance of olive oil extraction. Talc adsorbs the emulsifiers in the olive, allowing the oil to separate and be recovered at lower temperatures and better quality. The product is available in Imerys' new dispersible talc (DT) form, which allows for better dispersion in aqueous systems.

Talcoliva® M10DT2

Talcoliva TF is a high-purity, platy talc. When added to the olive paste at the mixing stage, Talcoliva TF does the following:

Absorbs the droplets of oil retained in the cell walls, thus forming larger drops and increasing the amount of free oil.
Prevents the formation of emulsions and breaks up emulsions that have already been formed.
Facilitates the break-up of microgels.
Improves the oil extraction yield.
Increases plant production capacity.
Enables the oil-extraction process to be run at a lower temperature (20° - 25°C).
Improves oil clarity during the horizontal centrifugation stage by sweeping the fine particles from the oil ring for removal with the pomace.
