DeCAL 9127 is highly effective at absorbing/retaining large quantities of water and other liquids.
Absorption Characteristics:
- 370g/g of deionized water
- 190g/g of 0.1%NaCl solution
- 200 - 250g/g in soil (at a pressure of pF3 = 2atm)
- Time for 60% of max absorption = 20 minutes
- Stability of swollen product in soil = 1 - 3 years
