When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 403 Ca is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3645 is a NMP- and TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip resistance and abrasion resistance are required. L-3645 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates, including leather, plastics, metals, and textiles. It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase white board applications when crosslinked.

AFCONA 6745 is a synergist additive that is specifically designed for use with phthalocyanine pigments, carbon blacks, and organic violets. It should not be used on its own, but rather in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants.

AFCONA 7502 is a reactive polymer coupling agent designed to improve the mechanical properties of highly filled acrylate systems. It couples the fillers and the resin, improving flexural strength, compressive strength, and tensile elasticity. It is recommended for ATH-filled acrylate systems.

DeCAL 1104E is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. In matt and semi-gloss paint this product improves flow and levelling performance, sag resistance and anti-settling. It also gives much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

Access Rudolf Organosilane DPMO is a colorless to yellowish transparent liquid that is mainly used in the preparation of resin intermediates and the surface treatment of fillers. It is a versatile product that can improve the adhesion and compatibility of various materials.

HIFILL® Air Floated Clay Filler 17 is a calcium carbonate filler and reinforcer that is produced from a uniquely occurring, high-brightness calcite feedstock. HIFILL® grades have low oil absorption, which can help maximize loading levels in either water- or solvent-based systems with only a minimal impact on viscosity.

AFCONA 4550 is a polymeric dispersant used for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems. Its high molecular weight and pH-independent nature provide good stability performance with all types of pigments. It is a modified polyacrylate polymer that helps to deflocculate pigments in water-based decorative and industrial paints.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A301T2 is an epoxy functional silane with a clear, light yellowish liquid appearance. It is a versatile adhesion promoter that is used in a range of applications, such as adhesives, coatings, and composites. A301T2 is compatible with a range of organic and inorganic materials, offering excellent adhesion and durability. Additionally, it can enhance the mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties of coatings and adhesives. A301T2 is easy to use and can be blended with other silanes to meet specific performance requirements.

DeCAL FD

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 4002HC is a versatile, high-performance, anionic, self-crosslinking polymer for the production of high-performance finishes across a variety of industries. DeCAL 4002HC can be used to replace UF and MF resins or used in conjunction to improve the abrasion resistance and tensile strength of natural and synthetic fabrics.

DeCAL 5061 is a highly effective foam control agent for use in powder systems, including plasters, fillers, mortars, and cement. It is a VOC-free powder-grade foam control agent. It is a free-flowing powder. DeCAL 5061 is normally used as delivered and blends easily.

DeCAL 9060 is a precast block water-inducing processing aid. It is used to improve compaction and handling of all dry/semi-dry concrete processes for blocks, paving flags, block pavers and other concrete products. Improved compaction properties also result in reduced machine stress and parts wear.
