- DeCAL VMAP Powder is an ideal additive for cementitious applications, designed to prevent segregation. Use of DeCAL VMAP Powder allows concrete to be pumped at high pressure without the risk of segregation.
- DeCAL VMAP Powder prevents the settlement of mortar and aggregate from mixed concrete and prevents bleeding.
- DeCAL VMAP Powder also is highly effective in this regard with self-compacting concrete.
- DeCAL VMAP Powder can decrease a mixture sensitivity to variations in sand and aggregate, giving a more predictable result, without a delay to setting time.
- DeCAL VMAP Powder is applicable in self leveling underlayments and screeds.
- Recommended addition level: 0.5 - 1.5% DeCAL VMAP Powder based on PCE based admixture. Dosage is however use dependent, so trials may be necessary.
- DeCAL VMAP Powder is very effective and is designed to retained slump and flow performance without affecting viscosity, however at higher levels some structuring may be seen.
