HYPERPLATE™ T77

HYPERPLATE™ T77 is produced using a delaminating process developed by Magris Talc. HYPERPLATE™ T77 is much more lamellar than other conventionally micronized grades and provides improved mechanical properties when compounded in polypropylene. Higher flexural modulus, HDT, and better dimensional stability (low CLTE, shrinkage) are obtained versus conventional talc products without impairing the ductility of the molded parts.

HYPERPLATETM T77 is not white, but is nearly colorless, making it ideal for use in pigmented systems. HYPERPLATETM T77 is delivered as spray-dried beads and has excellent flow properties for easy handling and high extruder throughput.
