Crys-Talc® 4H-4HC is a high-purity, high-brightness, platy, medium-sized talc used in interior and exterior coating, adhesive, and sealant formulations to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and maximize prime pigment extension. Crys-Talc® 4H is used in solid-color and semitransparent wood stains to prevent tannin bleed and improve gloss uniformity without introducing abrasive characteristics. Crys-Talc® 4H has a platy, hydrophobic structure used in  architectural and industrial primers to improve barrier properties which impart corrosion resistance and stain blocking  ability.

TYTAN™ CP-326 is a coupling agent that can enhance the dispersion of inorganic fillers in polymer systems such as PP and PE by modifying the surface of filler particles. The content of fillers can therefore be increased, saving on the cost of polymer while maintaining the mechanical property.

It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

Luzenac R7 is a high-brightness, high-purity, very platy, ultrafine talc with excellent top-size control that has been treated to provide improved scratch and mar resistance, dispersion, and color matching along with excellent stiffness, HDT, dimensional stability, impact strength, and esthetics in high-performance plastics. It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

HYPERPLATE™ T77 is produced using a delaminating process developed by Magris Talc. HYPERPLATE™ T77 is much more lamellar than other conventionally micronized grades and provides improved mechanical properties when compounded in polypropylene. Higher flexural modulus, HDT, and better dimensional stability (low CLTE, shrinkage) are obtained versus conventional talc products without impairing the ductility of the molded parts.

Jetfine® 3CW is a new, ultrafine, hyper platy, bright talc product for reinforcing the most critical TPO applications. It is produced in Canada by a state-of-the-art beneficiation and micronization process that yields a product with exceptional reinforcing, dispersion, and molding properties in polypropylene-based compounds. It is produced only in compacted form for good handling and faster compounding rates.

Crys-Talc® 2H-2HC is a high-brightness, high-purity, platy, coarse talc that is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC-based applications with loading levels up to 40% or higher when improved color is critical.

DCL 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E5B type) is a bright, yellow shade quinacridone with excellent overall properties. This pigment is FDA approved (Section 178.3297) and finds major applications in the following: Plastics such as PVC, PP, PS, PE and PET. DCL 3136 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.36 is a strong, yellow-shaded, fully brominated phthalocyanine green pigment of excellent value, tinting strength, and color purity. 3136 has excellent overall properties. It is recommended to be used in a wide range of plastic, ink, and coating applications.

DCL 461 Carbon Black, PBk.6 (Powder) is a blue-tone black powder in which a coarser particle allows for medium viscosity and good flocculation / flood resistance for use in coatings. It is mainly recommended for use in various coatings and plastics.

DCL 1242 Diarylide Yellow, PY.83 is a semi-opaque, reddish-shaded yellow pigment that exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a highly reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating and plastic applications.

DCL 7170 Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a high-performance version of Pigment Red 170 chemistry, offering a yellow-shaded red for use in demanding coating, plastic, and ink applications. It has improved hiding and lightfastness compared to standard Pigment Red 170, and is the only drop-in match to F3RK-70 in the opaque, yellow-shaded PR-170 segment.

DCL 333 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (medium shade, G5099 type) is a high-quality, clean, light-to-medium-shade, very-stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is heat-stable, offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297).

DCL 1403B 2B Red, PR.48:3 is a yellow-shaded red pigment 48:3. This product is a good alternative to barium lithol pigments with good wax bleed resistance. DCL 1403B 2B Red is yellower than Red 48:2. It is recommended to be used in plastic, ink, and coating applications.

DCL 2094 Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright green shade yellow pigment with the highest color strength versus traditional grades and very good durability properties. DCC Yellow 2094 is used primarily in plastics such as PE and PS; industrial, automotive, aerospace, powder, and decorative paint applications.

DCL UPL-A105 Ultramarine Blue, PB.29 (medium green shade) is a medium green shade of ultramarine blue pigment, with good alkali resistance. It is FDA-approved (Section 178- 3297) and exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of plastics and coating applications.

DCL 7151 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.151 is a Pigment Yellow 151 based on benzimidazolone chemistry and is a direct match to H4G. It offers superior resistance properties, such as excellent weather fastness and chemical resistance, making it ideal for demanding coating applications where a green shade of yellow is required.

DCL 1254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a very opaque, bright medium-shade red that is coloristically bluer than our 1354. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. DCL 329-A Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (medium shade, G5099 type) is a high-quality, clean, medium-shade, very stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis and solvents. 329-A is heat stable and offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability. FDA-approved (Section 178.3297).

DCL RC-800-PG Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Chloride) is a low oil absorption, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment, surface-treated with alumina and silica. It offers excellent tint strength and dispersibility, providing a bluish/white high dispersion product, and is approved for use under 21 CFR 178.3297 by the FDA.

DCL RMX Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright lemon-shade yellow pigment with high color strength and excellent opacity. It exhibits very good weather fastness and is used primarily in industrial and decorative paint applications, allowing for much cleaner shades and/or lower formulation costs.

DCL YE998 Molybdate Orange, PR.104 is a pre-darkened blue-shaded molybdate orange pigment with stir-in properties used in coating and plastic applications. It has overall good resistance properties and is restricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking applications (subject to regional legislation).

DCL 5051 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 is an alpha crystal form of a red-shaded phthalocyanine blue that is rendered solvent stable. 5051 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297), and is recommended for applications such as general industrial paints, various coatings, printing inks, plastics, rubber, floor coverings, and textile printing.

DCL 301 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (light shade, G4099 type) is a high-quality, clean, yellow-shade, very-stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is heat-stable, offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297).

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL 8160M Syn Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.101 is a micronized synthetic red iron oxide that is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It has a wide range of applications, including use in plastics such as PVC, PP, PS, PE and PET, as well as decorative, powder, and industrial coatings.

DCL 2GTA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a green-shaded yellow pigment with excellent alkaline stability, weather fastness, heat stability, high saturation, high opacity and good flow properties. DCC Yellow 2GTA is recommended for high-alkaline substrates and containing systems.

DCL S-2020 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.7 (easy-to-disperse) is an easy-dispersing, strong, medium-shade phthalo green pigment. S-2020 is slightly bluer than 3017-A. It exhibits excellent overall resistance properties, good lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a highly reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of plastic and coating applications.

DCL 7322 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 has similar properties to DCC Red 7222, making it a suitable drop-in match for shade and strength to the market standard for universal coatings. It is a high-performance organic quinacridone red pigment with excellent fastness and durability properties, making it suitable for high-end coatings applications.
