IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 403 Ca is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3645 is a NMP- and TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip resistance and abrasion resistance are required. L-3645 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates, including leather, plastics, metals, and textiles. It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase white board applications when crosslinked.

AFCONA 6745 is a synergist additive that is specifically designed for use with phthalocyanine pigments, carbon blacks, and organic violets. It should not be used on its own, but rather in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants.

AFCONA 7502 is a reactive polymer coupling agent designed to improve the mechanical properties of highly filled acrylate systems. It couples the fillers and the resin, improving flexural strength, compressive strength, and tensile elasticity. It is recommended for ATH-filled acrylate systems.

DeCAL 1104E is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. In matt and semi-gloss paint this product improves flow and levelling performance, sag resistance and anti-settling. It also gives much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

Access Rudolf Organosilane DPMO is a colorless to yellowish transparent liquid that is mainly used in the preparation of resin intermediates and the surface treatment of fillers. It is a versatile product that can improve the adhesion and compatibility of various materials.

HIFILL® Air Floated Clay Filler 17 is a calcium carbonate filler and reinforcer that is produced from a uniquely occurring, high-brightness calcite feedstock. HIFILL® grades have low oil absorption, which can help maximize loading levels in either water- or solvent-based systems with only a minimal impact on viscosity.

AFCONA 4550 is a polymeric dispersant used for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems. Its high molecular weight and pH-independent nature provide good stability performance with all types of pigments. It is a modified polyacrylate polymer that helps to deflocculate pigments in water-based decorative and industrial paints.

Additionally, it can enhance the mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties of coatings and adhesives. A301T2 is easy to use and can be blended with other silanes to meet specific performance requirements.

Securoc® D 020

Securoc® 014 is composed of 50 - 70% huntite, 30- 50% hydromadnesite, and less than 1% quartz. It is a white solid that decomposes at more than 250°C and has a pH of 10. This non-oxidizing product has various commercial and industrial uses.

Securoc® B25 is produced from carefully selected, naturally occurring magnesium hydroxide. The standard quality of Securoc® B is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Securoc® B products are developed as functional halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) fillers for plastics and rubbers. Their flame retardant activity is primarily due to the endothermic decomposition of metal hydroxide (the heat sink effect) and the simultaneous release of water vapor. This reaction starts at about 300°C. Besides being flame retardant, they also possess a strong smoke-suppressing ability. These flame retardants are used in applications where processing temperatures exceed 200ºC, making ATH unsuitable. Its main uses are in wire and cable compounds, polyolefin roofing membranes, and electrical appliances based on thermoset compounds.

It provides flame retardancy along with good smoke suppression and char formation, either by itself or in combination with ATH.
