In plastics, Silverline 002 is used in wood plastic composites (WPC), where it has been found to increase stiffness, reduce water absorption, increase heat distortion temperature, improve dimensional stability, and reduce creep in polyolefin and PVC-based wood plastic composites. In feedstuffs and fertilizers, Silverline 002 is a superior anti-caking/flow control that improves handling characteristics. In agricultural and seed applications, Silverline 002 is an effective carrier and coater. Silverline 002 is approved for use in animal feeds by the Association of American Feed Control Officials under Reference IFN 8-16-378.
