- Applications
Deuteron LE 100 LV can be used (among others) in PUR-foams (production of shoe-soles), UV- or electron-beam curing screen inks to avoid electrostatic charge. The suitability of the product in further fields of application has to be checked by the user.
- Dosage
With an addition of approx. 2,5% Deuteron LE 100 LV referred to the total formulation of a polyester compound with a density of 0,6 g/cm³, which shall be used for the production of shoe soles, it is in most cases possible to obtain the conductivity required for safety shoes by EN 344. The exact dosage should be determined by own trials In further fields of application the exact dosage depends on the system and has to be determined individually. An addition of 1,0% - 2,5% imparts the required reduction of electrostatical charge in many cases.
- Processing
Deuteron LE 100 LV can be added easily in its delivery form at room temperature and below without warming up.
