- Acid Rinse: After the detergent wash, circulate a solution at 0.078% [1 oz. (30 ml) per 10 gal. (40 L)] of warm water (pH 2 to 4) for 5 minutes. Drain solution from system.
- Original Passivation of Stainless Steel: Make sure the parts are clean and do not have any alkaline residue on them. Dilute product to 20 – 30% with water. Soak (or circulate) for 30‐minutes at 80 ‐ 140°F.
- Renew Passivation of Stainless Steel: Make sure the parts are clean and do not have any alkaline residue on them. Soak stainless steel parts in 6% solution of this product. Soak (or circulate) for one hour at 160°F.
