Security Floor® Sanitizer is an EPA-registered dry sanitizer product. This product kills bacteria via oxidation and is a proven and effective tool for Listeria control. Security Floor® Sanitizer is the only dry sanitizer for entryways, drains, and floors. When activated, our product generates hydrogen peroxide and a small amount of chlorine to accelerate activity. Therefore, it is excellent for disinfecting many different areas where cleaning and sanitizing are a concern.

DeVere Chemical Sterox is a non-foaming, chlorine-free, alkaline powder containing active oxygen, phosphates, and additives. It is formulated for use in breweries, wineries, and food processing plants for cleaning, bleaching & deodorizing tanks, equipment, and production area.

DeVere Chemical Chlor CIP Powder is designed for clean-in-place and other cleaning applications where alkalinity and chlorine are required. It is strong enough to handle the most difficult soils and cleaning applications. Once diluted, this product is free-rinsing with even moderate water flow water.

DeVere Chemical Caustic HT Powder excels in deep fat fryer cleaning as well as circulation and boil-out operations on high-temperature processing equipment in the dairy and food processing industries. Caustic HT Powder does not contain chlorine and is designed for challenging applications where high alkalinity is needed or desirable. This product will clean tough protein and burnt-on soils while handling any water hardness level and heavy saturated soils. This product is free-rinsing with normal water rinses.

Security Floor® Treatment is the first granular floor treatment and entryway control product that combines alkalinity and multiple oxidizing compounds for superior performance. When activated, our granular floor treatment generates hydrogen peroxide and oxygen. In addition, Security Floor® Treatment’s alkalinity and accelerants significantly increase its chemical activity and oxygen-release rate. Surfactants ensure this product will penetrate all cracks, crevices, and porous surfaces where conventional floor treatments cannot reach. DeVere Chemical Acid CIP is a concentrated, low-foam liquid acid rinse. This product is designed for use in the final rinse cycle after an alkaline clean-in-place wash. Acid CIP works best where low-foam characteristics are desirable and soils are primarily mineral. Acid CIP is strong enough to handle the most challenging mineral soils and works well even in very hard water. This product is free-rinsing with normal water pressure.

DeVere Chemical Acid Foam NP is a concentrated, acidic, premium foaming cleaner that does not contain phosphoric acid or phosphates. Acid Foam NP is designed for foaming and manual cleaning applications where a high level of foam is desirable or acceptable. This product will remove mineral contamination and shine stainless steel and other acid-resistant surfaces. It contains a high level of acidic and chelants to quickly pull minerals off any acid-resistant surface.

DeVere Chemical Powder Descaler is a cooling pad descaler designed for use with Munters® CELdek® evaporative cooling pads and other specialty pads designed for evaporative cooling.

DeVere Chemical Food Equipment Cleaner is an aerosol that sprays thick foam to clean all types of food equipment. It is ideal for popcorn poppers, hot dog rollers and broilers, slicers, steamers and nacho chip warmers. This product also eliminates oxidation odors. Food Equipment Cleaner removes almost anything from any food contact surface.

DeVere Chemical Rewash Iron-Out Concentrate (RIC) is a concentrated powder for use in the reclaim cycle of commercial washing machines. RIC uses oxalic acid to effectively remove all mineral stains and is specially formulated to be tough on iron stains. RIC may be used with white or colored fabrics.

DeVere Chemical Green Heavy Duty Cleaner-Degreaser (GHDC) is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable cleaner and degreaser for use on floors, walls, machinery, and other non-porous, hard surfaces. GHDC quickly penetrates and removes grease, oils and other organic soils. GHDC meets or exceeds the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency DfE standards and other published "Green" standards.

DeVere Chemical One Step Quaternary Cleaner and Disinfectant is an EPA-registered disinfectant, non-food contact sanitizer, cleaner, mildewstat, fungicide, virucide, and deodorizer, all in one. DeVere Chemical Degrease Powder is a concentrated, degreasing alkaline detergent that produces a moderate foam. Our powder degreaser dissolves in fats, oils, and grease, creating an emulsion. This emulsion then easily rinses away with water. No scrubbing or scraping is required for this product. Degrease Powder can also be dissolved in water to make a powerful liquid degreaser that can be used to clean greasy, oily buildup in kitchens, garages, cars, and places where there is grease.

DeVere Chemical Acid Passivate and Shine rapidly removes surface rust and mineral soils from stainless steel and other nitric acid‐resistant surfaces. Passivation of stainless steel improves chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and improves the shine. This product contains a high level of nitric acid. Do not use on copper, brass, mild steel, black pipe, galvanized steel, or other surfaces damaged by nitric acid.

DeVere Chemical QDII Sanitizer (QDII) is a concentrated disinfectant, sanitizer, deodorizer, mildew-stat, and virucide, all in one. QDII is EPA registered as a food-contact sanitizer and a general-purpose hard and soft surface sanitizer. Our concentrated sanitizer will kill most viruses and bacteria, including Human Coronavirus, Avian Influenza A, H1N1 (“Swine Flu”), Hepatitis B, HIV-1, MRSA, Norovirus, Herpes (types 1 and 2), and Hong Kong Virus (Influenza A2). This 10% active, 4th-generation quaternary ammonium chloride is labeled for use in laundry machines and acts as a fabric softener.

DeVere Chemical Boost Detergent Plus Builder combines detergent and builder in one product for use in commercial laundry washing machines. BDB contains surfactants, emulsifiers, builders, sequestration agents and an anti-deposition ingredient for superior soil removal. BDB lifts greasy stains and neutralizes soils. BDB's whitener brightens whites and colors.

DeVere Chemical Fresh Foam Hand Soap is an economical, high-foaming hand washing detergent designed to produce thick, rich lathering, foam. It cleans thoroughly and is gentle on hands. Fresh Foam Hand Soap has a crisp mango fragrance. This product contains anti-microbial agents and is intended for industrial, institutional and household use.

DeVere Chemical Chlor CIP is a concentrated, premium, chlorinated, low-foam built liquid alkaline detergent. This product is designed for clean-in-place and other cleaning applications where alkalinity and chlorine are required. Chlor CIP is strong enough to handle the most difficult soils and cleaning applications. This product is free-rinsing with even moderate water pressure. This product contains a high level of sodium hypochlorite bleach to improve cleaning efficacy in a variety of conditions.

DeVere Chemical Grill Cleaner Concentrate is a complete, concentrated cleaner for all kitchen grease problems. Regular use of Grill Cleaner Concentrate helps prevent kitchen fires as canopies and ducts are kept free of grease. It also extends the life of cooking oils in fryers. This product is an economical concentrate formulated for dilution with water.

DeVere Chemical Rewash Powder Concentrate (RPC) is a concentrated powder for use in the reclaim cycle of commercial washing machines. RPC contains organic bleach to effectively remove a variety of stains.

DeVere Chemical Caustic CIP is a concentrated, premium, low-foam built liquid alkaline detergent. This product does not contain chlorine and is designed for challenging clean-in-place applications where low-foam characteristics are desirable. Caustic CIP is strong enough to handle the most difficult soils and cleaning applications, even in very hard or soft water. This product is free-rinsing with normal water pressure. Chlorine (Sanitizer Concentrate) can be added to this product to create a chlorinated oxidizing alkaline cleaner. Oxy Concentrate can also be added to Caustic CIP to make a liquid version of Security Floor® Treatment.

DeVere Chemical WOW All Purpose Cleaner (WOW) is a concentrated, all-purpose cleaner for demanding cleaning jobs on all washable hard surfaces. Our alkaline-based all-purpose cleaner is safe to use on most floors and is one of the few products that removes black heel marks. WOW may also be used as a flatware presoak, laundry presoak, and can be used in fuel island windshield wash buckets. Our product contains an exclusive wetting and cleaning agent to give you the most powerful cleaning action on light soils to heavy grease. WOW is even an effective laundry presoak because it removes protein deposits without the use of potentially harmful enzymes.

DeVere Chemical Thunder Blast is an industrial strength degreaser. It is formulated to quickly dissolve the toughest grease, dirt, and oil while being safe on a wide variety of surfaces. Simply spray Thunder Blast and in seconds wipe the dirt away. This special formula is ready to use, has excellent clinging properties, and is incredibly versatile.

DeVere Chemical Boost Powder Laundry Detergent (Boost LD) is a 100% active powder laundry detergent that is powerful yet safe to use on all washable fabrics. DeVere Chemical Pure Clean (PURE) is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable cleaner for all washable hard surfaces, including mirrors and glass. DeVere Chemical Oxy Concentrate is a concentrated, premium hydrogen peroxide solution with a blend of stabilizing agents, wetting agents, and rinsing aids which are used as the powerful bleaching base for our alkali-peroxide cleaning system.

DeVere Chemical Boost Softener (SOFT) is a concentrated, commercial-grade fabric softener for use in commercial, institutional and household washing machines. This product improves fabric softness and comfort, acts as an anti-static agent and reduces fabric cling. SOFT leaves fabrics with a fresh, clean scent.

DeVere Chemical Liquid Cleaner (LC) is a concentrated, pH-neutral cleaner for washable hard surfaces and all types of floors. It will not dull floor finishes even when used on a daily basis and is excellent for hand washing automobiles as it contains no harsh chemicals. LC is free-rinsing, leaves no film, and has a pleasant scent. It may even be used as a fruit and vegetable wash.

DeVere Chemical Grease Lift is an alkaline degreasing cleaner that is useful for cleaning tough, burnt-on soils from hoods, vents, ovens, stoves, grills, and other stainless steel and ceramic surfaces.

DeVere Chemical Machine Dishwashing Liquid (MDL) is a concentrated, low foaming, high alkaline detergent for use in commercial dishwashers and glass washers. MDL quickly removes soils and prevents re-disposition. MDL is formulated for use in high and low temperature dishwashers and is effective in soft and hard water.

DeVere Chemical UFI Foam Cleaner is a concentrated, high-foam-built liquid alkali detergent. This product is designed for challenging foam and manual cleaning applications where degreasing is required. This product works best in water and will remove the most difficult fat, oil, and grease soils. This product is free-rinsing with high-pressure or normal pressure water and does not contain chlorine. Sodium hypochlorite bleach can be added to the use dilution to create a powerful chlorinated alkaline foaming cleaner.

DeVere Chemical Heads Up 10 is an EPA Registered cleaner/disinfectant/sanitizer for use in areas where mineral soils are a challenge. This product leaves behind a shiny, mineral free surface when used in food plants, farms or in the third sink in bars. Heads Up 10 produces a low to moderate foam and is appropriate for use in CIP, COP and manual cleaning applications where this level of foam is desirable.

DeVere Chemical AntiBac Foam Wash is a green antibacterial foam soap with a mild floral fragrance AntiBac is ideal for restrooms, food preparation areas, hospitality institutions and healthcare industries. This product contains triclosan and is 99.99% effective in killing common germs and bacteria. AntiBac contains moisturizers and emollients for the skin making it ideal for frequent use environments.
