Deolink TESPT-25 is a sulfur silane emulsified in water, predominantly for pretreatment of active filler materials. Under the circumstances of unfavorable storage conditions, a phase separation between silane and water is possible.

Due to its bifunctionality Deolink TESPT-25 links through the ethoxy group to the Silanol groups of active white fillers and provides through its tetrasulfane group links to elastomers. The chemical bond between polymer and filler improves the physical properties of the vulcanisate.
