Deolink Amino TE 50 DL is a 50% preparation of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The powder form allows comfortable dosing in continuous mixing and for processing thermoplastic materials. In highly loaded flame retardant compounds (e.g. compounds with ATH), Deolink Amino TE 50 DL improves the physical properties and optimizes the processing characteristic.

DOG Chemie Deolink Amino DiTM-100 acts as a coupling agent between polymers and inorganic substrates. Due to the molecular structure, six hydrolysable alkoxy groups are available, which ensure the formation of a strong, stable connection with the substrate.

Deolink Methacryl TM-100 (Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) can be used for sulfur and sulfur-free vulcanization systems. Deolink Methacryl TM-100 improves the processing of the rubber compound as well as mechanical properties of the vulcanizates.

Deolink MX is a 50% preparation of Thiocarboxylsilane on a polymer carrier system. The bifunctional sulfur silane is compatible with all elastomers that are suitable for sulfur vulcanization. Deolink MX can be used over a broad temperature range and is – at low dumping temperatures – often more active than conventional TESPT. Deolink MX contains a hindered mercapto group and can be used as an alternative to conventional mercaptosilanes. The protective group is removed during processing, thus releasing the mercaptosilane. Using Deolink MX improves the processing by creating higher scorch safety and preventing the typical mercapto odor. The improved processing leads to higher injection volumes and safer processing.

Deolink Methyl TM-100 is mainly used as a hydrophobizing agent for inorganic materials such as mineral fillers, pigments or glass.

Deolink Octyl TE-100 is an excellent surface modifier that gives hydrophobicity to inorganic substrates. Thereby Deolink Octyl TE-100 improves water repellency of inorganic substrates like concrete. Furthermore Deolink Octyl TE-100 improves compatibility and dispersion of inorganic pigments in organic polymers like PE or PP.

DOG Chemie Deolink TESPT-25 Emulsion is an aqueous emulsion for a pretreatment process of mineral fillers. Deolink TESPT-25 enables a homogeneous dispersion of the silane on the surface of mineral fillers. Further concentrations are available on request.

By the use of Deolink Vinyl-100 and Deolink Vinyl TE-100, the wet electrical properties can be optimized, which is of relevance for the cable industry. Deolink Vinyl TE-100, as opposed to Deolink Vinyl-100, does not develop toxic methoxyethanol during processing.

Deolink MX-100 [Thiocarboxylsilane] is also a bifunctional sulfur silane, suitable for all elastomers which can be cross-linked with sulfur. Deolink MX-100 can be used over a broad temperature range. At low dumping temperatures, Deolink MX-100 is often more efficient than the conventional TESPT. Deolink MX-100 contains a hindered mercapto group and can be used as an alternative to conventional mercaptosilanes. The protective group is removed during processing, releasing a mercaptosilane. When using Deolink MX-100, the processing is improved by increasing the protection against scorch and preventing the typical mercaptane odor. Deolink MX-100 is substantially less scorchy than conventional mercapto- or sulfur silanes. An advantage of this property is that higher injection volumes and improved scorch safety can be achieved.
