Dragsbaek A/S Liquid Baking Aid is an aid for yeast dough. Flyt-X consists of a canola oplie, added to a number of carefully selected enzymes, which add a good volume and a juicy crumb to the bread, and at the same time ensure that the bread stays fresh for a long time.

    • The added enzymes maintain the elasticity and slow down the aging process of the bread. We put together the baking aids in the individual products exactly according to what they need to be able to do.
    • Flyt-X is a really good solution if you are looking for a baking aid that can give the baked goods an extended shelf life, good baking, crispness in the crust, a uniform crumb structure and a good mouthfeel.
    • Measured in terms of cost-in-use, Flyt-X is also a more affordable solution than similar baking aids in powder form. On the one hand, Flyt-X requires a lower dosage, and on the other hand, it creates a faster workflow in production. With its liquid consistency, Flyt-X is much easier to dose, and at the same time shortens the stirring time, as Flyt-X is oil-based and thus easier and faster to incorporate into the dough. Last but not least, Flyt-X contributes to a better working environment, as the staff avoids being exposed to the powder dust you have to live with in traditional baking aids.
    • Flyt-X is exclusively rapeseed oil-based and thus contains no hardened oils, just as the product only contains the two E-numbers (E471 and E330), which are normally found in bread.
