Dragsbaek A/S Roll Margarine is used for rolled doughs such as croissants, pastry, birch and puff pastry. In addition to being a vegetable margarine that is free of trans fatty acids and hardened oils, it has a number of beneficial properties that make it ideal for all types of rolled dough. Rolled margarine has a high plasticity. It is thus stretchable, so that it goes with the dough and creates beautiful layers with a uniform lamination. At the same time, the roll margarine is characterized by a high volume, so you are guaranteed a nice baking.

Dragsbaek A/S Shortenings and Deep Fryers are suitable as dough fat as well as a fat source in cookies, for example. It is a margarine product without water, emulsifiers and additives – simply put, it’s pure fat. Our shortenings are available in both solid and liquid form, they are short in texture and not plasticated, so they are easy to mix into the dough.

Dragsbaek A/S Liquid Margarine is ideal as a dough fat as well as a fat in stir-fries - however, liquid margarines are not suitable for use in products that require high volume. Liquid margarine are either 100% rapeseed-based or solutions where rapeseed oil is the primary ingredient. These are products with a low content of saturated fat.

Dragsbaek A/S Liquid Baking Aid is an aid for yeast dough. Flyt-X consists of a canola oplie, added to a number of carefully selected enzymes, which add a good volume and a juicy crumb to the bread, and at the same time ensure that the bread stays fresh for a long time.

Dragsbaek A/S Stir-In Margarine is the perfect choice when there is a need for a margarine that can be quickly mixed into the dough. Our stir-fry margarines are suitable for use in everything from cake dough and bread dough to creams and fillings.

Dragsbaek A/S Luksuscreme is a good, vegetable alternative to the classic buttercream. It is a stable cream with a high whipping ability and a high sugar content, and then it is suitable for freezing. The cream has a mild vanilla taste, but is developed so that you can add the desired taste yourself.
