Dragsbaek A/S Roll Margarine is used for rolled doughs such as croissants, pastry, birch and puff pastry. In addition to being a vegetable margarine that is free of trans fatty acids and hardened oils, it has a number of beneficial properties that make it ideal for all types of rolled dough. Rolled margarine has a high plasticity. It is thus stretchable, so that it goes with the dough and creates beautiful layers with a uniform lamination.
